Downloaded Firefox and also flash player
On firefox
I wish to receive electronic cards from the Jackilawson Web site.the strange thing is
If I access Jackie Lawson Web site via Firefox
I can view their cards on the site.
If I send a card to myself via email and try to view it via Firefox , I cannot see it?
Has any one got a answer to this please

What "other programs"? Flash Player 11 works perfectly on 32-bit and 64-bit browsers.

Its an issue with IE. Try a different browser like chrome or firefox, it should work.
Run the Flash Player uninstaller as applicable for your machine(i.e. 32 bit or 64 bit) and remove flash player
Restart the machine.
Download and Re-install Flash Player.
Restart the browser and check.

1. System Preferences > Flash Player > Advanced > Delete All
     Press the "Delete All" button.
     Install Adobe Flash Player.

   Download it first.
   The next step is important.
   Click Safari in the menubar and select “Quit Safari”.
   If it doesn’t quit, Force Quit it.
   Press command + option + esc keys together at the same time. Wait.
   When Force Quit window appears, select the application if not already.
   Press Force Quit button at the bottom of the window. Wait.
   Application will quit.
    Follow the prompts and install it.
    Restart computer. Relaunch Safari.
2. Allow Plug-ins
    Safari > Preferences > Security
    Internet Plug-ins > "Allow plug-ins"
    Enable it.

2.       2. Install adobe flash player 11.0 and make certain you download from the Adobe website not a liason website! Important!
3.       Once installed fully and the prompt tells you that you have successfully installed adobe flash player 11.0 …
4.       YOU must RESTART your computer regardless of what the prompt states at this point in time
5.       Then when you have successfully completed shutdown/ restart and your computer reboots to normal operation…
6.       You may receive or you may not receive a prompt stating that something new has been installed on your computer

I have installed flash player but the computer does not recognise it

I have installed flash player 11 and checked it is installed on my compuer.
But if I try to play any media it says I need to install flash player.
I went to your website at http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html and got this message.
I have tried uninstalling flash player and then trying again, restarting computer etc. But the computer will not play any media in IE.
If you go to the control panel the player is installed. But thigs like iplayer do not recognise it as being installed.

Youtube is telling me that I need to update Adobe Flash Player or I can't watch the videos. I have been following the process step by step. I "click here" to download, save it, double click on it, run it, and then I am told to close Firefox to complete. I close Firefox and it says "Installation complete". I load up Firefox again and it says "your installation was successful". Then I go back to youtube and I still can't watch the videos and it still tells me I need to update by Adobe Flash Player even though I just did it and it told me it was successful. Please help. Thank you.
