I have downloaded full version of Lightroom but doesn't work?

Hi there,
I downloaded Lightroom 5 onto my macbook but when I finally track down the app in Finder I end up at a screen asking me if I want to buy Adobe Lightroom (but I've already bought it???)
- also, if I do go through these prompts and put my card number in then I get a red cross - so seems like my card number doesn't work for serial number?
Please help?

1. System Preferences > Flash Player > Advanced > Delete All

Full version of a game doesn't work.

I purchased the game Royal Envoy 2 (premium) today in the app store on my macbook. But the game doesn't work. If i want to go to level 9 the game tells me that i haven't purchased it yet. When i click on 'buy' the game sends me to the app store. The app store says that the game is already installed. I removed the game from my computer and reinstalled it but it still doesn't work. I think it's a really fun game to play and I wish that I can play the full version of the game because i payed for it..

You should contact the developer's support channel. If the game says that you have not bought Level 9, then that was not part of your purchase. You likely need to make an in-app purchase to open more of the game. The developer should be able to tell you how if it isn't obvious to you.

Regarding emails: incoming and outgoing emails displaying in a small font, have tried to restore default settings but doesn't work?

Have tried many of the suggestions posted here but still not working or only work for one email at a time when changed under Tools: Account Settings and Options. Thanks for any NEW ideas to try.

If you purchase the box version then you will most likely be prompted to update it as soon as you install it. So you will be downloading and installing the update anyway. All that is really needed from the box is the serial number, which will work on both the PC and the Mac. And current versions of both can be downloaded from the Adobe website. There is virtually no difference between the boxed version of Lightroom and the one that you download. The download does have a time limiter attached. But all that is necessary is to enter the serial number and that goes away and you have the full version of Lightroom.
Some people seem to think they are more secure by having the disk in their possession. But anyone who purchases Lightroom and makes an effort to keep it up to date is going to be downloading and installing updates. And each update is a complete new installation. And those updates are always available from Adobe. Just make sure to store your serial number where you will remember how to find it.

Supposed to have full versions with educard but only have trial versions of everything

I received a redemption code from my school to install creative cloud. I'm supposed to have the full versions of multiple apps, but am only able to download the trial versions. I was on the phone with an adobe tech support person for about an hour today who told me it was a problem with my school. I then talked to someone at the school who told me to try using App Manager, but even this is asking me to License my software. I just need help installing the full apps before I go crazy. Lightroom doesn't use the Camera Raw plug-in. All of the Camera Raw technology is part of the Lightroom program. You will either have to upgrade to Lightroom 5 or use the DNG converter to create digital negative copies that can be used with Lightroom 4.

In theory, Lightroom 5 will recognize your existing LR 2.7 catalog and upgrade it to LR 5 for you to use. All you have to do is click OK or Yes or whatever when it asks you if you want to upgrade your catalog.
If it doesn't find your LR 2.7 catalog, then in LR 5 use File->Open and point it to your LR 2.7 catalog
