Well, it doesn't mean that at all. You can download music purchased with an Apple ID to up to 10 devices. There is no 90 day wait. The wait is if you change the Apple ID.

you probably have an incomplete/corrupt download.
to confirm check the file size against the expected file size.
then re-download perhaps with a different browser.

I bought my iPad 2 three months ago from apple, and all my updates re from apple through iTunes. Version 4.3.3 is the latest version I updated, have been trying hard to update 4.35 but I get error messages all the time when the update is almost complete. Ever since the 6.0.2 update - every single day there's been something new going horribly wrong. For the past couples weeks it has been the browser hanging or crashing for no apparent reason and now this error hitting the browser screen over and over a hundred times a minute. I've used firefox since it began and NEVER had any issues previously. This 6.0 upgrade is a downgrade and is making me seriously look at Chrome (never IE - why I switched to firefox), though making the switch will be a pain due to all the apps I rely on and thousands of bookmarks that would need to be transported. Please mozilla fix this because using this browser has suddenly gone from seamless to frustrating pretty much overnight!

I think he means to set up the main extreme as the main router or "main base station", and then use the express to "extend" the network.

You can NOT unlock it. Only the carrier it is locked to can legally authorize unlocking it and the Japanese carriers will not do so.
In order to be using it previously with a non Japanese carrier, the phone had to be hacked to illegally unlock it. You can not get help here.
Buy a new phone you can use.

You mean the Control Center. As was said ...slide up with your thumb from the home button and a gray box should open (i.e. Control Center). There you can turn the orientation lock Off or On. You can also use the Flashlight or turn Bluetooth on or off, and other functions.

It just means that you want to reset it for some technical reason by holding down the lock and home button for a few seconds till it shuts downs and the apple logo pops up which then you let go. Note: nothing on your phone will be deleted.

Spatial conform is where you decide whether you want the (oversize) image to fit the video display size, or to be full-size (allowing room for animation).
Blend modes - far too many to describe here even if I knew them all, but Overlay is a nice one to start with. They specify how you want a layer to blend with the one below it. Try them and see what they do.
