I dont see anything in the configuration blocking ICMP to the interface IP addresses.
Notice though that you can only ICMP an interface if you host is behind it. So hosts behind "inside" can ICMP the "inside" interface IP address. The hosts behind "outside" interface can ICMP the "outside" interface IP address.
You cant ICMP "inside" interface from a host behind "outside" interface. You cant ICMP "outside" interface from a host behind "inside" interface.
You can add
icmp permit any outside
icmp permit any inside
But even without these interface ICMP should already be allowed.

if you use Adobe Reader to view your PDFs you cannot save any changes by default.
To do this you need at least Adobe Acrobat to add additional Rights (aka Usage Rights aka Reader Extensions) to your PDF.

If you downloaded it directly on your iPod then it should be in the Music app (or iPod app if it's an iPod on iOS 4 or below) - when there are audiobooks on the device you should get an Audiobooks option in the Music app. If you downloaded it on your computer then you will need to sync it to you iPod via the Books tab, in a similar way to how you use the Music tab to sync music (audiobooks are currently a one-time only download so you won't be able to re-download it on your iPod).

I have installed itunes but get massage coming up saying cannot be used because required software is not installed, run itunes installer to remove itunes, then install itunes again. I have done this but still not able to connect my iphone, ipad or ipod.

Let's try a standalone Apple Mobile Device Support install. It still might not install, but fingers crossed any error messages will give us a better idea of the underlying cause of why it's not installing under normal conditions.
Download and save a copy of the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64setup.exe) installer file to your hard drive:

Download and install the free trial version of WinRAR:
http://www.rarlab.com/
Right-click the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64setup.exe), and select "Extract to iTunesSetup" (or "Extract to iTunes64Setup"). WinRAR will expand the contents of the file into a folder called "iTunesSetup" (or "iTunes64Setup").
Go into the folder and doubleclick the AppleMobileDeviceSupport.msi (or AppleMobileDeviceSupport64.msi) to do a standalone AMDS install.
(If it offers you the choice to remove or repair, choose "Remove", and if the uninstall goes through successfully, see if you can reinstall by doubleclicking the AppleMobileDeviceSupport.msi again.)
Does it install (or uninstall and then reinstall) properly for you? If so, can you get a normal iTunes install to go through properly now?
If instead you get an error message during the install (or uninstall), let us know what it says. (Precise text, please.)

I was told I could open spreadsheets created using Appleworks using numbers. Not true!

Which version of Numbers? Which version of AppleWorks?
Numbers 1 ('08) and Numbers 2 ('09) are both able to open spreadsheet documents created by AppleWorks 6.
Neither is able to open spreadsheet documents created by AppleWorks 5 or be any version of ClarisWorks.
Numbers 3 is unable to open documents created by any version of AppleWorks.

Gmail not behaving on my Firefix. Some downloads all black and not able to save Gmails to open

I have included 2 screenshots for two problems with my Mac (both my iMac and my iPad exhibit the same problms. I have emptied Firefox caches.
#1 Downloads of newsletters and church statements ( each with multiple pages appear black with only page number seen tho empty unrelatled email seems visible behind sheer black
#2When I try to save email to desktop or hard drive , these are blank. Nothinig is saved. I havecheck all my saved emails and this is all of them.

#What format are these attachements in? It looks like html. Right click on the attachment and download it outside of Firefox to view the file in the proper software that can read the file type.

In order to use Find My iPhone (or iPad, etc), your device has to be connected to iCloud with a valid ID/account, the Find my iPhone service has to be turned on (on the device), in Settings>iCloud. It sounds as though you haven't done these tasks - unfortunately, there's no way to track your lost device.
BTW, you don't "download" icloud, you register it on a device by going to Settings>iCloud and then click the ON switch and entering your ID/password (perhaps this is what you meant by downloading iCloud).

Flip4Mac plays Windows Media content, not AVI content. The codec needed to play those specific AVI files is most likely part of Perian or VLC but may not exist for Mac OS X.

Unfortunately I lost my life and am trying to rebuild. Isn't the technical era great.
Backup, backup, backup
As a minimum, use 3-2-1 (or even more)
3 copies of your data (original copy counts as 1)
2 different backup utilities/storage formats (protects from bugs in the software)
1 copy off-site (protects against theft, fire, and natural disaster)
More backup copies are even better.
Backup disks are cheap compared to the lost of personal data that does not exist anywhere else.

Try a Restart.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.

You can also try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your device settings again.... All of the settings in the settings app will have to be re-entered. You won't lose any data, but it takes time to enter all of the settings again.
