I have downloaded Roberts Book of Birds several times at great cost and I can never get it to open. Help! Anyone else experienced this problem?

I have downloaded Roberts Book of Birds several times at great cost and it never opens.  I just get a cover page and nothing else.  Anyone have any ideas for me?
