I have downloaded the 3.6.4 update, but it won't load. I used the help button and asked it to resume...no luck.

It just doesn't seem to automatically want to take the next step. Could be that the .exe won't initiate. I have tried to go around it by having it load via my wordpress blog, but I still get stuck after the download. The error message say that it cannot connect to the update server.

Have you tried downloading it with IE?
If I misunderstood your question and it is downloading successfully, try restarting Windows and then running the installer.

Hi, sill no joy with my sound on my iPad .the sound only works on one app ( Annie ) and the ring volume and it works for about 5 seconds after I switch it on . Was talking to apple and they said the reset my iPad and this will fix it .done this and it is still not working only with earphone and Annie. Tell us some version numbers please, of your Mac OS versions and iTunes versions on both computers (two eMacs yes?).

The update doesn't seem to have been successful. Your More system details list list shows a Firefox 3.5.19 version.
Download the full version and uninstall the currently installed version.
Download a fresh Firefox copy and save the file to the desktop.

Might be good if you'd describe what kind of computer, and a bit more about just what you did.
"I have downloaded the photoshop CC" isn't really very descriptive. Did you run the Creative Cloud application? Did it spend time installing Photoshop (i.e., did you see the little progress bar go across)?
It may be that it's there and you just don't know how to start it, or you didn't install anything yet. It's hard to know without more info.

I was told to hold the home button and power button to shut it down and that I could then restart it and it would work... Nothing has helped, What can I try???

Reset the device by pressing and holding the home and power buttons for 15-20 seconds until the white Apple logo appears.
If that does not resolve, restore the device via iTunes on the computer.
If all else fails, take the device to Apple (or whomever provides support in your country) for evaluation and possible replacement.

Something to chek, open a document, press CMMAND P, this will bring up the print screen, you can click on the arrow to expand the options
Then click on the presets and make sure that the preset you want is selected.
From the preset drop menu you can select Plain paper best or fast draft, which should then be color.
