I have downloaded the latest version of Lightroom but I so not see the option Photo Photo Merge in order to use the new HDR
Cannot figure out what is wrong. It says my lightroom is up to date but not showing the option photo>photo merge so I can use the new HDR function in Lightroom. Is anyone else having this problem?
Contact Adobe. That is what I finally had to do. the number is 1-800-833-6687. There was a problem with a file. They took over my computer and got everything working for me.

I installed the latest version of iTunes but when I went to sync my iPod I got error message -50 and my iPod would not sync. I tried re-installing the most recent version of iTunes but this made no difference. I then tried installing an old version of iTunes but it would not install. Quit iTunes, reboot your PC, restart the iPad and then try again.
Restart the iPad. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button. -

To upgrade to Lion (10.7) you need to purchase it from the App Store ($20).
Before any major software update be sure to have a complete backup.
Note that when upgrading from Snow Leopard to Lion you will lose the capability to run PPC applications through Rosetta. For example AppleWorks will go away. -
I tried to download the latest version of iTunes but failed half way through. It suggested that i reinstall we I tried. However, i now get this message which states "Application has failed to start because MSVCR80.dll was not found. Reinstalling the application may fix the problem"
I have tried this but with no success. I have therefore found that I cannot access my iTunes library at all now.
What should I do.Click here and follow the instructions. You may need to completely remove and reinstall iTunes and all related components, or run the process multiple times; this won't normally affect its library, but that should be backed up anyway.

I have had to restore my pc to a place back in time when it worked correctly. This meant that iTunes was deleted. I have now downloaded the latest version of iTunes but I cant sync my iPad with it. I get the message that this iPad is synced with another iTunes Library and cant sync to this one. Thankfully all my music library is on iPad. I would be grateful for some help on this issue

I have downloaded the latest version of itunes but when i plug in my ipod it doesnt list any devices in itunes to enable me to choose my ipod to sync it. Its like there is a link missing or something blocking my computer talking to itunes. My computer itself recongnises the ipod but itunes doesn't. Please help!
Yes reinstalled itunes a couple of days ago but got it sorted now thanks, the problem was that when i wiped my computer last week and reinstalled everything using the discs the free McAfee anti virus that the computer came with was still in my all programmes list although i aren't using it. This morning i tried unistalling that (didn't think it would make any difference as the programme wasn't active) once uninstalled i pluged the ipod in and hey presto it is now recognised by itunes, THANK GOODNESS. So panick over for now, thank you very much.

This solution I have already tried; it worked for actually accessing the net (which was my first problem with the new Safari), but I was unable to access my e-mail. I have tried the suggested solution, before I received this message, of emptying my Safari cache after logging on to the net - did not work. still locked out of email. I am now also getting an ATT message that says "Unknown Destination". That may be an improvement, but certainly not any lead to an answer.
This suggests that there may be a problem w/ ATT, but I need to explore the Safari issue further to in order to be able to push harder on ATT. -

Removing and Reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows XP
or
Removing and reinstalling iTunes and other software components for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8
However, after your remove the Apple software components also remove the iCloud Control Panel via Windows Programs and Featurs appin the Window Control Panel. Then reinstall all the Apple software components
- New cable and different USB port
- Run this and see if the results help with determine the cause

It keeps asking me what program I want to use to open it with, and when I click adobe reader it tells me that it is not a supported file type or the file has been damaged! Help!???
When I click on the program download in the download file, it asks me if I want to open it. When I click open, it then asks me which program I want to use to open it with, (this window lists all programs such as Nero, internet explorer adobe reader etc) and automatically highlights adobe reader. After I click open with the adobe reader highlighted, it then tells me that it cannot open Lightroom because it is not a supported file type, or the file has been damaged! I have downloaded it twice but neither one is able to open. Thanks so much.
