I have downloaded the newest version (3.6.13) twice and it stills tells me to download the latest version. Why?
Every time I download the latest version of 3.6,13, there is a message telling me my computer is no longer protected (my security tells me everythiing is okay) and to download the newest version. I have already done this twice and would like to know if there's something I'm doing wrong. I've downloaded before and never had this problem
You already have the latest version of Firefox and don't need to updated it. The problem is that your Firefox version information has been locked at ''2.0.0.16'' by the EGAMES extension. I am running Photoshop CC 2014 on Windows 8.1 with an AMD quad core processor and AMD E1-2100 APU with AMD Radeon HD 8210 Graphics Card. I have installed the latest driver version 13.152.0.0. When I activate puppet warp, the mesh appears over the image and I can place the first pin. However, when I go to add the second pin, Photoshop crashes. I have tried with on a new, blank file, with just a few lines on it, but, as soon as I place the first pin, the image disappears, and then, as soon as I click anywhere else in the image, Photoshop crashes. I have followed all the online advice about settings under the Preferences/Performance interface, but nothing fixes the problem. Can anyone please help?

If it says settings general about Version 4.3.3 (8J2). I have intalled the latest vertion for iPad touch 4th generation model? Where I can check if the iPad touch 4th generation has got iTunes (Windows 7) v11.1.4? I think it is the latest vertion.
When I connect ipod touch 4th generation to Mac using usb I get a message that new software vertion (6.1.5) is available for iPod! If I update it, I lose apps and data, but when I check general settings about version for iPod not iPad 4th generation I see version 4.3.5 (8L1). Probably if I update it to the latest version it would say 6.1.5 (8L1). But what (8L1) for iPod mean? And what (8J2) for iPad touch 4th generation mean?An iPod touch, 4th generation can be updated to version 6. An iPad 4th generation can be updated to iOS 7.0.4, which is the most current iOS.
In both cases, you MUST, MUST, do a BACKUP of all data before you update!!
You will probably have to restore from backup after update if you do have version 4.3.3 on a device. This device will need to be connected to a computer running iTunes version 11.1.4

iTunes has various components bundled with it that it requires for general usage. I advise that we completely remove iTunes and all of these related components, verify that they have been removed, then reinstall. To do so, please follow the steps in this article:
Removing and reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows Vista or Windows 7

Note: it is important to remove the 7 components in order. Uninstalling these components in a different order, or only uninstalling some of these components may have unintended affects.
If the above does not resolve your issue, I recommend we reset the SC Info folder:

Once you are in Recovery Mode, it's too late to do any backup. I am afraid you are going to lose your data.

Close your iTunes,
Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
(Win XP SP2 n above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.
If you are still having these type of problems after trying the winsock reset, refer to this article to identify which software in your system is inserting LSP:

While App Store tells me there is no update avalable to Pages, which it says was installed Nov. 4, its the old Avatar/logo thingo and, as I say, it will not open the Pages docs created on my MacBook, which definiitely does have the new Pages running smoothly.
