I have downloaded the PS free trial today, and it has already ended immediately, help?

I have downloaded it for the first time today, and when I opened it, it said that the trial has ended.

Can you check what version you are running?  If you are able to open Photoshop, go Help, About Photoshop.  If it does not say 14.2.1 then you need to update it.
Same thing with the Desktop Application manager which is currently at 1.5.1.369  (click on the cog icon > Preferences > Account)
If the Desktop Application manager thinks Photoshop is up to date and it isn't, quite and sign back in again.
Make those checks, and if still in trouble, come back and tell us what operating system you are using.
