I have downloaded what i believe is the trial photoshop software but would like to know if there is any hidden charges?

You don't have to pay for using a Trial application nor will you be charged for it. It's free of cost and basically for you to try the application before purchasing it.
Although, you cannot use a trial application for more than 30 days.

Ok so you want Apple to address the problem, but yet you don't want to take it to them just in case they can't fix it? What if they can fix it? Complaining here certainly won't fix it.

Try and force iPad into Recovery Mode:
1. Turn off iPad
2. Connect USB cable to computer; leave the other end alone
3. Press and hold the Home button down and connect the docking end of cable to iPad
4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect To iTune" screen
5. Release the Home button
6. Open iTune
7. You should see "iTunes has detected an iPad in recovery mode"
8. Use iTune to restore iPad
Note: You need to be patient and repeat the above many times to recover your iPad

I downloaded the trial version but I've since received a serial number for the disk I received, how do I enter my serial number to activate my account.

After downloading and installing the trial version, you can activate the software by launching it and entering the serial number when prompted.
Else you can launch the software, go to the 'Help' menu and select 'Activate' and then enter the serial number when prompted to activate the software.

Hello @chavanjayesh2001... I wanted to give you some tips for when you can't update the software of your phone:
-Make sure that the Internet connection is good. If the update process is interrupted it might be due to loss of Internet connection.
-Try using another USB cable and usb port in your computer.
-Try using another PC.
-Temporary disable any firewalls and or antivirus software.
-Start your PC in “Safe mode with networking” mode. This is done by pressing F8 during PC boot. When Windows is started in safe mode, try taking the update again.

Dropped my Ipod, I have put it in Disk Mode, I have downloaded the new software, tried to restore it and it has seized please help?

I dropped my Ipod (4TH Generation Ipod Nano) I have got it start up again I have put it in disk mode and connected it to Itunes,
I have downloaded the new software through Itunes, that went well, it came up as normal.
I have got it to restore to factory settings. (Although before hand it synced and all that)
During this process it has seized and not done what it was suppose to, only displaying the Apple Symbol.
I disconnected, and it has gone flat and now is telling me to connect it to power, when I do so nothing happens.
It won't connect to itunes.
Please help.

Yes, the file extension is M4R. Does it matter where I save these files on my Macbook? I then opened them in Itunes and played them. I did find the Tones folder in Itunes but the Tones or Ringtones tab does not show up when I select Iphone (within Itunes). When I open the Tones folder in the Library, it is empty. Now that I have downloaded the new software, the contact name disappears and just the number shows up on my text.

You just need to restore your phone and if you can then you must get an iphone 5s. Its the best iphone ever. I advise you stay away from droids if you have used an apple device. Well like many people you can also keep two phones one apple and one droid.

You should uninstall the LR trial that is asking for a serial number, then quit the CC Desktop app, then restart it, at which point Lr should show in the CC Desktop apps list with an Install button next to it.
There can be only one LR installed at a time, so if your trial is there, the CC Desktop won’t install another.
