I have a ipod touch 2nd Gen. I have forgotten the password and now have tried so many times it is disabled can this be undonend how? Thanks

Connect the iPod to your syncing compuyer and restore the iPod via iTunes on your computer. If iTunes asks for the passcode and you can't enter it, place the iPod in recovery mode and then restore the iPod. For recovery mode see:

I cannot get into Settings! It keeps reading out Slide to Unlock when I try to slide teh arrow to open the fpur digit entry boxes.

The only thing I did was I went to the Apple.com , logged in and changed my primary e-mail since I will be losing the old email soon ( I have a different job). I said update info and verified the email was correct. I just went to settings on icloud and logged out and tried to log in and now it won't take anything. I don't even know now which e-mail they want the primary one or recovery, it won't take any of the 3. Not sure what else to try at this point, I guess I can't buy any more music.

I called the mag company and they had some tech difficulties but I have never received my subscription. I asked for my $19.99 back they told me to contact Itunes. How do you do that?? You may have installed a persona.

The device will have to be restored but without the last computer it was synced to, that's not a possibility.
Take the iPod to an Apple store or Apple certified repair shop.
You will need a computer in order to sync, restore, and update the iPod in the future.
