I have forgotten all three answers to my security questions

Once I called support they did not let me be identified because they are using my old iPod (which I do not have any more) instead of my current one. Even when I went on AppleId,it did not give me the option to reset via the reset email even though I am completely confident I put one in. Support also asked me to try the questions on my laptop, and now I am locked out for 8 hours due to not knowing them. Please, can anyone help?

You won't be able to change your rescue address until you can answer your questions, you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset - use the link/number for your country on the HT5699 page that you posted from : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699

I have suddenly decided to purchase some music off iTunes Today (Oct 21 - 19:45 CET) and I have forgotten my security questions. I therfeore had to try and reset them using my rescue email address. I clicked "Send reset security info to ..." on the apple.id.com page. I went over to hotmail and i couldn't remeber my password so tried the security questions which I also couldn't remeber. What I am trying to ask is, Is there anyway that I can change/reset my security email under the "Passwords and Security" sections of appleid.apple.com and under the question tabs?

No, you won't be able to change it until you can answer 2 of your questions - you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

f you have a rescue email address set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address set up then go to Express Lane and select 'iTunes' from the list of 'products' in the middle of the screen.
Then select 'iTunes Store', and on the next screen select 'Account Management'
Next choose 'iTunes Store Account Questions' or 'iTunes Store account security' (it appears to vary by country) and fill in that you'd like your security questions/answers reset.
You should get an email reply within about 24 hours (and check your Spam folder as well as your Inbox).

Try answering them at least once to see if you can get them right, even if you are not sure you remember the answers to your security questions.
If you are confident you can't remember them, try one of the following:
If you have three security questions and a rescue email address
sign in to My Apple ID and select the Password and Security tab to send an email to your rescue email address to reset your security questions and answers.
If you have one security question and you know your Apple ID passwordsign in to My Apple ID and select the Password and Security tab to reset your security question.
If you have one security question, but don't remember your Apple ID password
contact Apple Support for assistance. Learn more about creating a temporary support PIN to help Apple confirm your identity when you contact Apple Support.
