I have forgotten my security and taken the advice to send to an email but that option is not available

My security questions were set by someone a while ago for my sisters and mine iPod and now we have all got the same account and using different devices but i need the answers to purchase anything. I read many things and they said that you should have an option to send it to an email but that option is not given. Can anyone help me out?

If you aren't getting the reset link on your account then that implies that you don't have a rescue email address - are you sure that it's not an alternate email address instead ?
If you aren't getting the link then you will have to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

I use a program called RoboForm2Go that will fill in user names and passwords for me when I open a site and now that option is not available in the taskbar at the top. How can I use that feature again?

I save the RoboForm2Go program on a flash drive and when I opened a site that I had saved the user name and password, the RoboForm2Go would show up in the taskbar with the site I opened so I could just click on it and it would automatically fill in the info for me.

Under View>/toolbars, I don't have an option to choose RoboForm Toolbar. When I initially set up the program, I was using Internet Explorer and I can go to the taskbar at the bottom and choose RoboForm but then whatever site I was opening in Firefox will now open in Internet Explorer instead of Firefox. The old version of Firefox would display the RoboForm toolbar at the top.

ITunes crashes when trying to access the iTunes Store -- Quick Time is installed but diagnostic says "QuickTime not available"

I'm getting a Windows error and iTunes crashes any time I try to access the iTunes store. I'm not sure if this may be related, but when I run a connectivity diagnostic, system info shows:

I have QuckTime 7.7.1 (1680.42) installed and it works without trouble. Is the fact that iTunes doesn't recognize my install possibly related to the crashes? I have uninstalled and reinstalled both programs a couple times.

Well, as far as I can see, no one has responded to this question. Nor do I see any solutions mentioned in other questions by folks having the same problem. So I can only assume that there IS no fix.
Oh well, I know that one user is just "small potatoes" as far as the iTunes Store is concerned, but they've just lost this frequent little revenue stream - their loss, Amazon's gain.
Good-bye iTunes store - it was fun while it lasted...

I thought that the iphone would be disable temporarily and increase in time. However it has now been disabled since 8:30am and it is starting to get annoying!

If you've updated to iOS 7.0, & have Find My Phone turned on, you won't be able to use a computer to restore your phone without first turning Find My Phone off...obviously something you can't do if you don't know the passcode. You'll have to first login to iCloud.com & erase the phone, then restore from backup, if you have one.

If you have an SSD, then the best thing you can do it enable System Preferences -> Security -> FileVault, so that any deleted files are just an encrypted jumble of bits to anyone that does not have the encryption key.
And even if you do erase the SSD, it does not work the way you think, and retired SSD zones may have your data, and never see an erase.
This is way keeping the SSD encrypted means retired zones are just encrypted jumble of bits.
If you do NOT have an SSD, is it possible you are trying to erase your boot disk while you are actually using your boot disk? Disk Utility will not allow you to do that either.

I recently had to replace my laptop and now I can't sync iTunes and my phone - the message is that the laptop is not authorised and when I try and authorise it it says that the itunes store is currently unavailable - but it is available on my phone, and I have been trying for over 24hrs - it should be available by now.
I have checked my firewall settings and they are ok

When you update apps, you will be asked for the password that belongs to whatever Apple ID purchased those apps. They will forever be linked to the Apple ID that they were purchased under, so regardless of where they are loaded, or what Apple ID is signed onto the device that they are loaded on, when you try to update, it is going to ask for the "owners" password.
