I have full subscription, yet when I log in shows i'm a "free user"

I have renewed my subscription in May 15th this year, already charged to my credit card.
Yesterday, when I was working without changing anything related, creative cloud switched itself from "full membership" to a "free user", without letting me keep working on with Typekit as I was doing.
I already lost my deathline because I was using Typekit fonts I cannot edit now, so this is costing me tons of money.
I've updated my billing data, to see if that was a problem, and nothing happened.
There is no place in the FAQ for this, so I really don't know what to do.
What should be my next step?

kglad They are not any of my problems, I successfully log in, there is no error showing anywhere, but instead of giving me the full access to creative cloud, as I paid for, they just show me as a free user.
I think this is not a technical issue, but a payment one, but I cannot get a satisfying answer from Adobe.

    You should not have had to purchase ExportPDF if you have a copy of Adobe Acrobat XI installed on your computer.
    Open Adobe Acrobat XI (not acrobat.com!)
    From there, open the PDF file that you want to convert
    Choose Tools > Content Editing > Export File to Microsoft Word Document (See image, below).
    Click Settings to turn on optical character recognition (OCR) if your PDF contains scanned text.
    Name the Word file and save it in a desired location.

    I have searched, but not having any joy. I have a number of files saved to my cloud account, yet when I log in via the web to my account, it says there are no files saved? I'm also having no luck turning on file sync. clicking on the button appears to do nothing. Having  to email files to myself rather defeats the purpose of the cloud.

    to resolve the issue of File Sync not turning on, please try the steps below.  Hopefully this will see your files sync down to the desktop.
    MAC
    1. Quit the Creative Cloud desktop application.
    2. In Terminal, copy and paste this command:
    rm ~/Library/Application\ Support/Adobe/CoreSync/options.tix
    3. Launch the Creative Cloud desktop application and start syncing.
    WINDOWS
    1. Quit the Creative Cloud desktop application.
    2. Open the Start menu, and type 'cmd' in the search box, then enter to start a command prompt.
    3. Copy and paste this command at the command prompt:
    del %APPDATA%\Adobe\CoreSync\options.tix
    4. Launch the Creative Cloud desktop application and start syncing.

    Yeah, I know I can restore it, but I might as well go ahead and try. I just finished a backup for icloud and itunes to make sure, I'll go ahead and restore it and set it up as new and see how that works. Seems like I have no other options at this point, I'd still like to know what they did with the Download tab in itunes store, if they removed it or if I'm just overlooking it.

  • Ive had tunes downloaded on my PC for over 4 years. Currently when I login to my iTunes account it only lists 1 song on my playboard. I should have over 1000. When I log in on a different computer I can see the complete song list. Any ideas what to do?

I just made a number of calls to South Africa and these calls sucked up my $9 pre pay even though it was supposed to come off my subscription mins of which I had plenty!     Your account shows that your calls to South Africa - Special Services numbers were charged to your credit account as these calls are not covered by your Subscription.

    When I open a document using a CC app (in this instance, Acrobat Pro), I'm being asking to sign in for a trial version.  Other apps ask me to extend the trial version.
    I checked online and my subscription is good until the end of this year.  ???? 
    I cannot use any of the CC apps because I will not continue with the windows asking me to extend or sign in.
    What is the use of downloading the CC apps when I can't use them?  My area had a planned blackout for several hours.  But when I tried to do work using Dreamweaver CC, I couldn't.  WHY???

  • Why do I have a black screen when playing back TV shows?

    I am running Win 7, and iTunes 10.7.  Recently, when trying to play back episodes on my PC of a TV show that I purchased, the playback screen is black, with no video or audio.  The time counter is counting down the clock as if it's playing, but there's nothing to see or hear.  If I re-boot my PC, the show will play properly, but the black-screen instance has occurred several times now, and I'd like to figure out why it's happening at all.

    Because there is a problem. Want to try fix it?
    Option 1
    Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Rebuild iPhoto Library Database from automatic backup.
    If that fails:
    Option 2
    Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. This will create a new library based on data in the albumdata.xml file. Not everything will be brought over - no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your albums and keywords back.
    Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one. .

  • Macbook Pro was stolen. I didnt set up icloud on it. I set up icloud onmy iphone afterwards to ensure future safety if it ever gets stolen. How come when I log onto icloud on another pc, the user pic is my picture from my macbook login screen?

    Does this mean the scum who stole it couldn't get in and change it? Is this a good sign....will this provide any way to track it?

    It's picked up the photo from your Address Book. Without Find My Mac enabled on the Mac before it was stolen there's no way to track it. You should change your Apple ID password to prevent access to iCloud though unless you'd password-protected the Mac you can't prevent him getting at the data in that; but most thieves will probably erase the disk anyway to make it look like a legitimate Mac.

    It looks like your ExportPDF subscription is still pending. It can take 24-48 hours to process fully. But once it does, you'll be able to log in and use it without it asking you to pay!

    In my experience t here are two different problems with the speed of firefox on startup
    # your os and setup
    # firefox - and exactly what you use with it
    Some factors will be down to your OS and for instance what does start up initially, many of those factors will affect other programmes/applications and not only firefox.
    Some other factors depend on Firefox and how you set that up, I always like to have the option to using Firebug but realise it cold clash with other software or slow down firefox startup so I only enable it as I need it. see for instance: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/performance/

  • Trial or Full Subscription?

    I downloaded CS6 to my computer in December, 2013.  The software was provided through my employer, Suffolk University.  I was under the impression that this was a full subscription which I now own.  However, when I try to use Photoshop CS6 now, a window appears offering me the option of converting from "trial" to "full subscription".  When I try to do so, I'm told that my serial number is invalid.    I will be buying a new computer soon, and I want to be sure that I can download CS6 to it.  So my basic question is:  Do I "own" this program, or was it a "trial" subscription?

    The CC subscriptions for individuals are month-to-month or yearly paid monthly, and at least for CC, there are institutional/enterprise/team versions that are per-seat and can be moved between individuals as needed.  For CS6 there are also perpetual licenses available. 
    Are you aware of what type of subscription you were operating under?  It is less than 1 years since Dec 2012, but if the subscription was month-to-month or some sort of per-seat licensing only temporarily assigned to you then it’d probably revert to trial mode after the license expired or was rescinded or removed from your AdobeID.
    Or are you using the term subscription more loosely and you really mean perpetual license and activation with a serial number and then perhaps there was a problem with the serial number from your employer.   I am not sure what Adobe did with institutional serial numbers before the creative cloud, if those could be temporary or not.
    You can probably call/chat with Adobe and give them your serial number to see what they can deduce from it, the type of license or subscription it ties back to.
    This is a public user-to-user forum so you wouldn’t want to post anything like a serial number, here.
