You cannot, nor do you need to until you reach the limit of 5. Then you can deauthorize all and authorize only the machines you choose.

Photoshop Elements 5 was the last version not requiring activation, only entry of the serial number and is not available for download from Adobe.
If you can copy the contents of the DVD to a flash drive on another computer, you may be able to run the installer from the flash drive. If not, you can make an iso of the disc on another computer and copy to a flash drive. Then install a virtual disc drive application like this:

on the notebook and mount the iso using that.

I'm retiring my old PC and want to deauthorize my purchased iTunes library (over 1,000 songs) but have a problem. The last time I tried to update iTunes on the computer, the installation crashed and iTunes was removed. My music is still there. I just can't figure out how to deauthorize the computer without using iTunes. I've tried reinstalling iTunes several times and always get "Error 7" with further instructions to try again.

You can de-authorize individual computers, but only by using those computers. Otherwise you can "deauthorize all" from your iTunes account.
Open iTunes on a computer
From the Store menu, select "View my Account..."
Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
Under "Computer Authorizations" select "Deauthorize All".
Authorize each computer you still have, as you may require.
You may only use this feature once per year.
After you "deauthorize all" your authorized computers, authorize each one as required.

From what I've learned by testing it seems you have to put in the quantitiy for each photo. Be sure to send a feature request to Apple via http://www.apple.com/feedback/iphoto.html.

I had been using Outlook 2010 synced to my iphone (4) and ipad and ipad2. It has not been a pleasant or successful endevor. I have a successful copy of my Calender and contacts on the icloud now. I am unable to connect to the icloud calender using my pc. I wish to disable the Outlook calender and contacts and only access the calender and contacts on the icloud. When I try to connect to the calender using icloud the message only tells me an error has occured and please send this info to Apple, but not provide any info on why it does not work. The first message that AirPort Utility will display during the auto setup will be that the Express will be confgured to "extend" the network. When AirPort Utility analyzes the network further, and sees that the Express cannot "extend" the 3rd party network, the next message will indicate that the Express is being configured to "join" the wireless network.
Once the Express is configured, if you later go into AirPort Utility to check the settings under the Wireless tab, you will see that the Wireless Mode is indeed "Join a wireless network".

Hi turingtest2 - thanks for the reply. As you say It is how it is - and I have three workstations in this home (not counting three for my children and one for the family) and I pretty much always have more than one OS on each - that's how it is for me. I shouldn't have to worry about how many OSs I have (or how often I change them) just to have music while I'm working - through the PC sound system that is. I never have to worry about any other software, only iTunes. Once in a while (in the past) I've made a vendor call if I changed to many things to often (like CPU, GPU, memory, etc - or even a replacement MB) - but that hasn't happened in a couple years (at least since Vista) so I think (hope) they have fixed that for good. And even then it was a quick call and problem resolved. The only (glaring) constant problem is iTunes - limiting my own use of my own music (by counting an OS as a physical PC). Even with VM (which is just another OS) - although you can Attach things to multiple active OSs - it's still your own (purchased) music - and all on one PC. Thanks again!
