can i give my 3G .. and pay some extra money then take a new 3GS from Apple store ?

In short, No.
For warranty repairs they would probably give you a 3G if they had one.
If its out of warranty, and your phone fails you can get a out of warranty replacement but its £150 and you'll probably get a 3G if they have them.

Hi. My Apple IPhone 3GS Camera takes pictures at 2048x1536 pixels = TOO LARGE..
Every IPhone picture that I transfer to my computer must be resized on my computer.
My desired sizes approx after it is 700x525 or approximate near that.
Most of my EBay or Forums require the smaller pixel or MB sized photos.
Can I change the resolution my IPhone 3GS shoots at?

HELP I chose SD project preset instead of source material's HD and I have finished editing, can I change this?

So I have been working on this music video for a long time. I finished yesterday and today I tried to export the video. It had this strange black box around it and the quality was bad.
A little digging showed that the whole time my project presets were for some reason 640x480 SD instead of the 1920x1080 HD of my source video clips, so even if I tried to export in 16:9 HD, stretched 4:3 SD was the maximum quality I could get! The editing is very complex with lots of quick cuts, so there's no way I'm re-doing the whole thing, and I've already tried copying and pasting everything in the timeline to another project with the correct presets, and that doesn't work. Is there ANY way to fix this situation? I'm not too worried about transitions, if I lose those in the process it wouldn't really matter, but I want to save all my quick timed cuts between clips. I am using Premiere Elements 13 on Windows 7 64-bit. The source material is AVCHD 1920x1080p and a mix of 30p and 60p, and I want the final video to be the same but all 30p.

Thanks for the update. Sorry that the new project was necessary. You did well making the transition from problem project to new.
However, you may have gotten into some trouble with your export settings. But, at least that can be corrected in the export of the new project and should not require starting from the beginning in yet another project. I am suspecting that your export is 1920 x 1080i 29.97 "M2T AVCHD" instead of 1920 x 1080p 29.97 "M2T AVCHD".
You appear to have used Publish+Share/Computer/AVCHD with the M2T H264 1920 x 1080p24. If you say that your export is 1920 x 1080 29.97, then you would have had to go under the Advanced Button of the p24 preset to customize the preset to 29.97 instead of 24.
But, now for the unexpected under that preset....if you use Frame Rate 24 frames per second, you have progressive settings. But, if you change the Frame Rate to 29.97 under the Advanced Button of the preset, you have interlaced settings. In the latter, note the fields for Upper or Lower for Field Order. That is interlaced video. Interlace video has fields, progressive video does not. And, if you do the export and read the properties of the export using a properties read out program, you confirm interlace and not progressive export. Confirm in project....
Can you use the MP4 H.264 1920 x 1080p30 preset instead?

you can use your old phone if it's gsm by putting in a sim card from the carrier if it's not gsm but cmda then you should talk to the carrier
you can restore the iphone 3gs with the backup of the newer ios version but you can use the same appleID and access apps tied to it

If your iPod is 8GB, then it is not a 3rd generation Touch - no matter who they are and no matter who said it was! If it has model number A1288 etched into the casing on the back, then that identifies the 2nd gen Touch. (Yes, there is a 4th gen Touch in 8Gb capacity, but still no 8GB 3rd gen - ever). The third generation is model No. A1318.

Can't change my Game Center account settings

After a few tries I noticed my friend never receive my GameCenter invites.
So I wanted to check my Game Center settings but I have problem, nothing can be change.
I don't have any 'done' button on the top right corner, the only button I have is 'cancel' on top left.
When I hit 'modify the account apple Id' nothing happen except the control scrolls up.
I waited for iOS 5 to see if the problem was still there, unfortunately it is :(
I have an iPad 2.
Anyone experienced this issue or have an idea on hos to fix it ?

You can change the music player background image but you need to make a theme. You can do it on a website just do a search as i'm not aloud to put a link on here to the site, as there are some adult themes there that peeps have made, and fair does this site has kids coming on it to. But it can be done m8 as mine is changed but you carnt do it from in the phone buy just changing the image.

Just some small addition,
The responsibility name change could have problem if you have the resp name hardcoded in your conc program parameters, or harcoded inside your code (host,pl/sql, reports, etc). So you should change it accordingly, or don't hardcode it, instead pass the responsibility name or id from the concurrent program parameter by passing from the profile values. The recommended way is to passed the RESP_ID instead of RESP_NAME.
However if you passed on the RESP_NAME profile value it should be fine unless it is a scheduled concurrent request, you will need to cancel it and re-submit the scheduled request so that the parameter will take the new resp name.

I xdoubt it but yu can call a local Apple store and ask them. Typically they do not repair your iPod. Instead they exchange it for flat fee with a refurbished one.
I would expect there are third-party places that will replace the back.

Settings, sounds is all the control you have. You can't change the lock sound, just turn it on and off, but there are other sounds you can change if you want.
