I have gotten my iTouch 4th Gen stolen and want to locate it using Find My iPhone. It has the app on it but I'm not sure if it is signed into iCloud. Can I remotely sign it into iCloud?

What can I do so that I can see where it is and remote lock it?

If you weren't signed in, it's too late to do so now. Go to http://icloud.com and see if it can be tracked.
