I've tried both. First, I tried on my pc, where iTunes had installed iCloud when it last updated. I have iTunes installed on this computer (and on my iPad and iPhone), but that wasn't the issue.
So I went online, thinking I needed a separate iCloud Apple ID, but it prompted me for my current Apple ID and gave me the message about my ID being "valid" but not an iCloud account," which, lol, was what it had asked me to do in order to create one. i uninstall and delete the mozilla firfox in my directory and reinstall tha lastest version but its still showing the same error message.

i experienced the same problem. this is what i did:
*right click firefox
*click properties
*click compatibility tab
* check "Run this program in compatability mode for:"
* on dropdown choose Windows 7.
* click ok or apply.

Here is the problem: The tab where you go to sync music to your iPod and shows the list of artists and songs you want to sync to the iPod, the tab I can get to but the list of songs and artists does not show up and the only way I can sync music to my iPod is to basically wipe my iPod and start from scratch. Obviously, I do not want to do that because I do not have all the songs in my library that I have on my iPod. I have uninstalled iTunes and then re-installed it, but it did not work and I do not know what else to do. I would really appreciate helpful guidance to get it fixed if it can be fixed. When I click on the Firefox icon, my homepage opens to about 95% and then it stops reponding. If I click on anything, I get the message that it is "not responding:. I have used Firefox for years with no problems. What can I do?

I have used Firefox for years and it has been great until a few days ago. Now when I try to open it, the homepage from a few days ago opens, but the green bar on the lower right fills in about 95%. On the lower left it says "transferring data from l1.yimg.com but it freezes there. If I click on anything, it says (not responding) on the upper left.
