That is normal for purchasing apps for a device not previously associated with your Apple ID.

My ipod 4g has been working fine for the last 2 years until now, it wont charge or connect to itunes what so ever. it will connect to the dock and play music but just wont charge on any charger, computer,cord,anything. its making me so frustrated i think it has somthing to do with the battery but im not sure because it still turns on. Airplay from the imac was working fine, adding an iphone 5s to the set-up seems to have led to it not working properly from either device - it skips sections and then drops the connection. Any idea how to fix?

Try the following steps, check whether things are working after each step where appropriate, before trying the next.
Check AirPlay is turned on on the Apple TV (turn it off and on if it already is)
Check that both devices are on the same network (Settings > Wifi, on the mobile device and Settings > General > Network, on the Apple TV).
Restart the Apple TV (Settings > General > Restart).
Restart the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds.
Restart your router. (Also try removing it’s power cord for at least 30 seconds)
Restart your mobile device. -
Hi just bought an iphone 4 today tried to activate the phone and it won't let me..I go through language ect and it says activateing iphone may take a few mins then just stops and message on screen says that the sim carrier is not supported and please use the sim which came with the phone(which i am..& have tried another sim and still not working)........It wont let me bypass have tried reseting phone and restarting it nothing helps????

You can try Restoring it in iTunes but I have a feeling the switch is broken and you will have to get it serviced.

I put, "forgot answers" and it says, "we can help you reset your security information by sending a message to your rescue email address: [email protected]" I only have one email and thats on Yahoo. i still click send email button and it tells me to check my email but i dont recieve anything. please help me

It's probably asking you to verify the security code found on the back of your credit card.

I have a 1st Gen, MacBook Pro from 2006. For the last few years I've had to us my power adaptor as my battery no longer works, and shuts down after 30 seconds it. Now my power adaptor looks like it's coming to an end. Even though it's securely fitted, it often switches off.
I am planning on buying a new MacBook Pro later this year, but for the meantime I'm not sure if I should buy a new power adaptor, or if this is a problem with my MacBook Pro. Your best bet for a power adapter is to get one from Apple. Third-party adapters just don't seem to be reliable (or safe). You can also buy a replacement battery directly from Apple, of course, but they're a bit more expensive.

Hello, i can't remember the answers to my security questions. Itunes gives me an option to resend answers to my old email which i don't remember as welll.somehow system doesn't give me my primary email which i usually use..so how can i solve this issue?

You would need access to that account in order to reset the questions. If you do not have access to it, then you will need to contact iTunes Store support in order to resolve the issue.

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you should see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you won't get the reset option - you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get them reset.
e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then 'Forgotten Apple ID security questions'
or try ringing Apple in your country and ask to talk to the Accounts Security Team : http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57

I just got the iPhone 5s, I have had a 4 for the last few years, my husband uses a galaxy. I have never had issues with any of our phones connecting to the cars Bluetooth until this one sometimes it will connect and sometimes it won't. I drive a gm car. A friend of mine drives an Acura and said she is also having the same problem? I have to connect the phone every time I get in the car.

1. Because if you could, someone who breaks into your account could do it as well.
2. You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.
