I have had my ipad mini for a week and all of a sudden the screen is blank. does not come on when trying to recharge any suggestions?
Any hints as to what might be wrong with my ipad mini? Just stop working, does not respond to charging.
Try reset iPad
Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears
Note: Data will not be affected.

I have had my Iphone 5s for 2 months and all the fotos and data (fotos and data were not backed up) that I had were erased after I restored it with my old Iphone 4s backup, can I get my unsaved fotos and data back? and if I can, how?
If you never backed up your phone to iTunes and never backed it up to iCloud all of your content is gone forever.

I traded my iphone in and now have a new one (iPhone 5) with the same SIM. Since, I have had some iMessages meant for someone else and some strange things happening on my phone (applications opening by themselves, calls disappearing from log). Any ideas?
The answer is very simple: You were not the original owner of the phone. Target sold you a phone that had been returned. You can verify the date of the original sale here: Apple - Support - Check Your Service and Support Coverage. I suspect you will find that the warranty expiration date is not one year from the date that you bought it.

For some reason I am unable to download apps. I have downloaded several apps in the past but all of a sudden my I Phone 4S will not download. I have totally reset my entire phone but that didn't work. My account shows that I purchased the app but it just appears as a grey square on my home page. Even tried other apps but nothing. IPad retina crashing all the time and only 4 month old.Reset by apple at genius bar but still have the same trouble 10 mins after setting it back up with 1 app fb and my emails.Contacted apple who were quick to respond but cannot duplicate the problems.I only wish they were sitting beside me as complete novice with computers.Spent 500 pounds on this and now using hubbys nexus wish I got one.Is anyone else having problems if so any help would be appreciated

In my situation, the screen simply started exhibiting the same symptoms a few weeks ago (early February) for no apparent reason. At first I thought the screen was dead, but discovered the heat solution by accident. Now I turn it on and keep it from going to sleep until I go to bed. Thank goodness the battery is still awesome on this thing.
I bought it new and still has the original screen, I keep it at home (never below 62 degrees). Coincidentally, this happened a day or two after the expiration of the warranty!! Any help figuring this one out would be eternally appreciated.

There's not much anyone here can offer, since none of us work for Apple and have no power to intervene in this issue. The Apple technician can only go by what he or she sees, not by what you claim since not everyone is honest about what has happened. In addition, Apple's warranty does not cover defects that are strictly cosmetic:
This warranty does not apply: (a) [removed for brevity]; (b) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic on ports;
You can try pleading your case with the manager of the store, or with Apple Customer Relations (call Apple tech support and ask to speak with a customer relations agent), but they may not be able to do anything to help you.

I Can't get my iPhone to connect to wifi while my iPad and computer have no problem in connecting . The iPhone says it cannot pick up the network. I've tried rebooting several times but nothing works . Am I missing something ?
Does the iPod connect to other networks?
Does the iPod see the network?
Any error messages?
Do other devices now connect?
Did the iPod connect before?
Try the following to rule out a software problem:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Power off and then back on the router
- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
- iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections
- Wi-Fi: Unable to connect to an 802.11n Wi-Fi network
- iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

This might be a reoccurring phenomena of Mavericks - a sleep/wake issue has caused many similar behaviors. It might be a conflicting software issue, or a true hardware problem with your particular machine. More details from you can shed more light. -
When I pre ordered my iphone 6 i was told I was going to get an additional 1 gig of data per month for a year. It even shows it on the receipt i received with the phone. When will I see that reflected on my account. I have had my new phone for a week and used tons more data than usual and am hoping that will save me this month.

Hi,
I am getting a warning message on screen, saying that myiPad hasn't been backed up to iCloud for two weeks, and advising under what circumstances the message appears. My problem is, is that I have backed it up, but am unable to remove the message, and whilst the message is there, the iPad is frozen, and I cannot do anything.
Has any other user had such a problem, and if so, how did they rectify it.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up -
Hi, I have had an LG Octane for 4 years and loved it. I used it for email, surfing the web and facebook. But 6 weeks ago I stopped getting text messages, I could send but not receive. I was told it was just worn out. So I ordered another Octane from ebay, and it wouldn't connect to the internet. I was told by Verizon that the software had been changed. So I ordered a NEW in Box Octane and I am having trouble with that too. Bing won't work, nothing will work that will enable me to download Verizon Opera mini that still works on my old phone. I have a smart phone with another number but I LOVE the Octane for daily use. Why will my old Octane work but I can't get a NEW one to. Verizon guys are stumped too:( Please help!! Thanks!

I have had my iPhone 4 for a year and have only plugged it into my friends computer when I first got it, and now I just purchase my music right on my phone, so now I'm getting a new phone and want to back up my music, photos, etc so if I plug this phone into my computer will anything get deleted off my phone?

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your MBP. Personally, I would not waste my time "troubleshooting" if the normal solutions do not work.
Return the MBP for one that works before your 14 days are up and/or call AppleCare ASAP!!!
