Call your carrier/cell phone provider and see if they will block it. If you did not activate and use the Find my iPhone feature there's not much else you can do.

I have had two laptops stolen that had authorization privileges on them for ITunes. Can they be deauthorized because they are counting against the 5 that I can have authorized.
Log into your iTunes Store account from any computer with iTunes and there will be a "deauthorize all" button. You can then re-authorize the computers you're using now.

I have had my iphone 5 stolen/have lost my iphone 5. I haven't backed it up for a while (2 months?!) and I am not sure that I actually set up Photostream however it's always been on there from what I can tell (icon is there). Is there anyway of getting back contacts/messages/photos/anything from the phone onto my new replacement phone if it hadn't been backed up recently? I've got everything up until the last backup - contacts and messages aren't such an issue for me but the photos mean a lot!!!
If you are logged in to icloud with your same Apple ID. Go to setting on your phone>Photos & Camera and turn ON my Photo Stream.

I had my iphone stolen a few weeks ago which had quite a lot of music on that I had downloaded from itunes via my phone but had not synced with itunes on my computer.

I have had an iphone 4g for about six months. I had purchased around 250 songs from itunes on my previous iphone. When I got the new phone and synced with my nike running, most of the songs transferred. Most of them are in my store but are listed 2-3 times. some of them are in bold print, others in light print. When i'm running, the songs skipped over and only play the ones in dark. I have no idea what to do to get all of the songs backk that I bought. Jessica14

Welcome to the Support Communities!
I would suggest you transfer your iTunes purchases from the iPhone to the computer first.
Then in your iTunes library on the computer, find and remove the duplicates.
Then resync to your Nike.

Restore the device from the backup created.

Yes. Sign in to the iTunes Store with the same Apple ID you used to buy the music in settings on the phone.
Then tap on "purchased" in the iTunes app on the phone and download the music to your new iPhone. -
I tried to reset my iphone 5 from the phone and not a computer. I have had a blank screen with the apple logo and a full progress bar. I can not get my phone to restart. What can I do?

I have had my iPhone 4 for about 1 1/2 years, with no problems. A couple days ago the battery drained in about an hour, I plugged it in to charge and it was not charging. After a few hours a message popped up on the screen about the temperature being too hot...the phone was very hot when I picked it up. The battery will not hold a charge and it heats up every time I plug it in. Suggestions???
Make an appointment at the genius bar. An out of warranty replacement is $149. It sounds like it may have gotten wet.

If you never backed up your phone to iTunes and never backed it up to iCloud all of your content is gone forever.

I am 64 and not technical and have tried to find out what to do from the help page, but I really need some simple guidelines on what to do. I have not got a lock on the phone, stupid me. i have the serial number if this is any good to use to block it..I did actually find the imei number and serial number through Itunes Backup, it was in there. You go into Itunes, then Preferences, Device and it is in there.. Thank you for your help.
