Stupid question I know, but have you charged it? Also, if it's under warranty and deemed hardware malfunction, it won't cost you anything, otherwise, out of warranty replacement is $149

Apple will not accept shipments from outside the country nor will they return it to an address outside the country. -

You make an appointment at the genius bar of your local Apple Store and get it serviced/replaced. You broke it. If you can't even force a reboot, there's nothing much more you can do.
