I Have just installed I tunes match on my laptop but I cannot enable I tunes match on my I pad or I phone 4s - any ideas please

Have you subscribed to iTunes Match? If so, iTM does not use the iCloud storage.

I'm trying to download the newest version of I tunes because I just got the I phone 5c..it wont download because I have to have I tunes 10.6.8 but it wont let me download that either because I need I tunes 10.6 to get it and I can't find that download anywhere..I need to get the book for school on my I pad or phone by tomorrow...what do I do?

The iPhone 5c needs iTunes 11.1, which requires Mac OS X 10.6.8. See if your Mac can be upgraded to Mac OS X Snow Leopard > http://support.apple.com/kb/sp575 If so, buy Mac OS X Snow Leopard > http://store.apple.com/us/product/MC573Z/A/mac-os-x-106-snow-leopard
Then, make a backup of your data with Time Machine or Disk Utility's Restore, insert the disc and follow its steps to upgrade to Mac OS X Snow Leopard. You shouldn't lose compatibility with any application. After upgrading, open > Software Update, and install the latest version. It will install iTunes 11.1, so you will be able to sync the iPhone 5c with your Mac -

I understand you are not Apple but i was presuming that some logic or technical reason i miss was behind this.
I really do not see any logic business pratice. If i understand i can be agree or desagree but as minima i know the rules and why.
to sumarize...my story
my id was with XXX and i bought Itune match one year with this account and 4 device are conected with the same account.
on Ipad device i change my ID to YYY then .... because i need to update some apps and connect to itune match i came back to ID XXX then no problem to update apps but .... no way to come back to itune match.
.... no way to use itune match anyhow with Ipad and account XXX linked with account XXX. WHYYYY ??? no clue. -

I have apple account/password on laptop but can't use the same ID etc on new Ipad. On my account it says ID is only for 1 system. I really want only one ID for both Ipad and laptop.

Apple tv is giving me a meesage that says... There is a billing problem with a previous purchase. Go to the iTunes Store on your computer and click Purchase History to resolve problem. I have gone to my purchase history but can't seem to fix this issue.
You can contact the iTunes Store Customer Service department at no charge using the form on their Support page (select the category and subcategory closest to the issue you're reporting and you'll find an "Email Us" button) and explain your problem to them.

I have Adobe CS. Upgraded my computer to Windows 7. Installed CS but I can't activate Photoshop due to the online/phone activation being pulled down. Now the 30 days has expired. Tried to follow directions to install CS2 but no luck. I would really like to speak with someone at Adobe to get it working again. THanks

You should have at least 10% of your total storage.
1 GB is not enough, you need to delete more

I dropped my iPod touch 4 generation on my kitchen tile and it shattered, like chunks of the screen are coming off. But everything works and I’ve had it for a 1 ½ years now. but to upgrade you will need to purchase an iLife DVD from ebay or Amazon or other source - older versions of iPhoto are not available from the App Store - either iLife '09 or '11 will work on 10.6.8
beware that sometimes books (albums are logical organzational elements in iPhoto) sometimes will change with upgrades so you may need to make some changes after upgrading - be sure to carefully preview prior to ordering the book
