I have installed Adobe Creative Cloud application, but don't match

I don't open all softwares. I have already done the restore of my mac, but nothing.

    I've written on this forum about my problem with this, too. Today, being the first of the month (I suppose) evreything comes up saying it is the trial version again. I hit continue trial, but today Acrobat comes back everytime it gets launched asking the same frustrating question. The only advice I was given was to uninstall and reinstall. I've done that more times than I can count since I signed up for Creative Cloud months ago. I also own TS4, and I've wondered if there is some interaction problem there - especially with Acrobat, as it TS4 also comes with that "module" as well as Bridge, Application Manager, etc.
    I *really* wish they would get the bugs out of this whole Creative Cloud licensing thing...

  • I have installed Adobe Creative Cloud and Muse hangs on publishing? Help?

    I am working within the Cloud now as subscribed. I installed Muse with intention of continuing building websites with the Muse Release Candadate, from Muse Beta that I learned and used for months. The sites that I had created with Muse Beta usually published without incident. But now that I've installed Muse RC, I find that I cannot publish at all. It either hangs or I get diverse error messages. The biggest tick of all is trying to get support! Is it because it's the weekend that I cannot find a phone number to call Adobe Support? Or am I meant to go around in circles seeking support that I cannot find an option for? It was easy to sign up and put money towards this program but be fore warned that this seems to be my only option for getting help? I have a client that I'm developing a website for and we were both happy to see Muse finally hit the market. I thought failing to publish issues would have been well worked out prior to release? Wouldn't you think so? I have to doubt the problem lies on my end and do not want to be pointed back in that direction again. Or I guess I could contact sales again for a support option there? Oh! I see Milton & Bradley have, Aggravation, Risk, and Life, named very well.     "help please"?

    Thank you Manish, but as i've described this problem thourghly over time while building this website in Muse beta. So too, I have downloaded this additional content which offered no resolve. I have contacted a person at Adobe Muse Support and have sent him a copy of the website to analyze its publishing failure. I think it is now in competent hands to solve the problem. I appreciate your reply and interest in helping me. Thanks much, John

It runs OK  for a while, but then suddenly it won't work. I uninstall it, re-boot and re-install again, bit the same process repeats itself and once again I have to uninstall and re-install again. I don't know if windows update interferes with it? Has anyone else had a similar problem? Is it fixable?

  • I am unable to install my Creative Cloud applications

    To add to the confusion: I have the full Creative Cloud installed since its first inception in 2012 and I'm a paying member. Now I cannot install lightroom or any other program that I should be able to install according to the downloadcentre, the AAM just doesn't want to install them whatever I try. I even tried yelling very loud and expressing my discomfort in very explicit terms but as usual it just did nothing. So now I'm asking you, dear adobe servicecenter, can I please get a program that actually gives me what I pay for?
    Windows 7 x64 -32 GB memory, some 11 TB diskspace and adminrights granted to the AAM.

    Wiko1967 it sounds like you are clicking download on the download center page at https://creative.adobe.com/.  Please try using a different browser and try again.  You should be prompted to download and install the Adobe Creative Cloud application.

    The CC has been activated twice In the months of June & July this year. To install & activate it for third time.
    You need to deactivate it from PC,
    When you install it on the third computer or for the third time & when you to activate it, if it installed & activated already twice, there will be an option of deactivating it from the previous computers, please click on that.(To deactivate from preinstalled machine, Open any Adobe CC application > Help Menu > Signout.)
    Next it will allow you to activate on your new machine,
    Now you can go back to your first computer, log out & log back in of Desktopp CC App, launch any product, if there is any product to buy, in that prompt there will be an option to " license the software", please click on that & sign in.
    It will reactivate the CC on the first machine.
    You have already deactivated it from one machine, hence you can activate it on third computer.

    Yes, you can install and activate Creative Cloud desktop applications on two computers, regardless of operating system, for the individual associated with the Creative Cloud membership. See the product license agreements page for more information.

    I just installed adobe creative cloud and Adobe Bridge. When I try to open a image in camera raw I get an error "Bridges parent application is not active" "Bridge requires that a qualifying product has been launched atleast once to enable this feature"

    Have you opened Photoshop? (I think that is a "parent" application)

    I cannot get rid of this error message when trying to install adobe creative cloud desktop.  I was able to remove the old installation using the cleaner too, but cannot get a new installation to install.

    Has anyone else had trouble with downloading the Adobe Creative Cloud applications? I got everything I needed onto my iMac with no problem; now I want to get the programs onto my MacBook Pro, but I can't sign in with my ID on Adobe's website from my MacBook -- it says:
    "The Adobe ID and/or password provided does not appear to be valid. Please try again."
    I checked my ID and password countless times; I'm entering it in correctly.
    Argh! Things of this nature NEVER go smoothly for me.   Any ideas?? Thanks in advance!
