I have installed and downloaded the photoshop creative cloud but am unable to activate it from my computer.  Looks like others are having this problem.  What can i do?

Please help- when i double click on the cc icon it takes me back to the menu from which i downloaded int eh first place.  On that menu it tells me I have already installed PS- now how do i activate it?
