Double click your home button when the phone is locked. The camera icon will show up then.

Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
See [[Troubleshooting extensions and themes]] and [[Troubleshooting plugins]]
If it does work in Safe-mode then disable all your extensions and then try to find which is causing it by enabling one at a time until the problem reappears.
You can use "Disable all add-ons" on the [[Safe mode]] start window to disable all extensions.
You have to close and restart Firefox after each change via "File > Exit" (Mac: "Firefox > Quit"; Linux: "File > Quit")

The message you received indicates that the phone is locked to a carrier other than the one for which you have a SIM. You'll need to take the issue up with Apple. Nothing you do with iTunes is going to make a difference.
I'm quite surprised that the UK Apple Store replaced a U.S. purchased phone. They usually won't.

You cant unlock your phone unless you put in your password. It may be possible that the apple store could do something about it.

Connect the iPhone to the computer with iTunes running, select the iPhone in the device pane, select the Photo tab in iTunes, deselect the checkmark for the photos that you want to remove and perform a sync.
Photos that have been synced from the computer can only be removed by the sync process.

My preset panel does not appear HELP!

I don't know why but when i start up lightroom, the preset panel on the left does not appear and the quick develop on the right has arrows to change variables not sliders. The only way i can use presets are to right click and choose them manually and this is very tedious. How do i get back the preset panel on the left so i can make things easier for myself? Also how do i get back the sliders for the quick develop side as it currently only has arrows to click.

Should the advice above not fix things for you...

Yes, unfortunately apple did get rid of picture frame with ios7 and a lot of people are complaining about it. Pretty annoying cos I like to use my iPad to display photos. Now we have to rely on third party apps.

To answer your question: you likely don't have at least iOS 5 (even though your tag line says you do). That feature was only added in iOS 5. prior versiosn did not have it.

So I start Tomcat from Eclipse and run the app by clicking

While creating a Flex project using Flex builder, did you
select the server type for your project? If you did not select a
server type for your flex project, did you configure your compiler
to include your services-config.xml using the -services argument?
In your project's compiler settings, add -services
"configurationfiles/services-config.xml" argument to the compiler
arguments. The path should point to your services-config.xml.
If the above mentioned steps were completed and still your
facing problem, can you please try running "clean" on your project.

During the aotumatic payment run via F110, after creating the proposals when i am trying to display the proposal, it is giving an error message that " Company Code XY12 / XY12 does not appearin proposal 08.07.2011 AB00; correct "
But I already set company code XY12 , in the company code in the parameter tab. I ahve also set there payment methods and next payment date. Please help.
