I have installed Premiere, but I can't find it on my computer
I have the Creative Cloud and the Application Manager tells me that Premiere is up to date, however I can't find it in my applications folder nor via spotlight and I can't download it, because the Application Manager assumes that it's there somewhere ???
On a Mac you should see an entry for Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 in your Applications folder unless you have changed the default install location.
Run the Adobe Cleaner Tool which you can download from here http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html. Search for Premiere Pro CS6 and do Cleanup Selected for it.

I've downloaded Microsoft Office 2011 and installed it, but i can't find it on my applications or open it up in my downloads. I can I get my microsoft up and running? - New to Mac
Did you actually run the installer? If so, there should be a Microsoft Office 2011 folder in your Applications folder. Have you checked there and confirmed that the folder does not exist? If it does not, try running the Office installer again. Note that if all you did is open the disk image file, you have to now go to the image (which looks like a drive in Finder) and then run the installer.

I know many have this issue but i can't find a solution to the problem. i get message saying insuffisiant disk space in the volume iPhoto library and i have plenty of space available. i have the new macbook pro with retina display. i have never seen this message before and i have 2 other macbooks and have had many other also. i am assuming this is a problem with the new macbook retina. does anyone know the exact fix to this issue? i have seen many sugestions to try to fix this issue but none have solved the issue for anyone that i can find in the Apple Support Community. thank for looking into this in advance.
******A true apple fan********Actually your suggestions are the ones that i have tried. i have seen that you have tried to help others with this issue and the only one that i could find that said they found the problem said that it was an ilife update issue and it fixed it and i have no available updates. i know it has to do with something in photo stream because it happens when i create a new library and it is loading the photos but i get the message before i reach the maximum 1000 photos. so i've tried updating, new library(first backing up photos and then deleting them from iPhoto), reinstalling OSX many times, running disc utilities. I called Apple the first day i had this issue and i was the first person to call them for support with the retina display and i actually had it escalated to a senior advisor and we thought we fixed the problem but we did not. i am pretty fluent in dealing with troubleshooting these type of issues and this is the first time i'm reaching out to the community. i figured now that the retina has been out some time now that there would be an obvious answer to this issue. thanks for the quick reply.

I can't find my pictures on icloud where are they?? i have photo stream on but I can't find icloud on my computer to make sure it is on! It isn't listed under the network and internet like the "help" option said!

Hi, I've purchased a few films from itunes (and they are listed as Purchased in my account), but I can't find them on my computer or my itunes account, and itunes wants me to pay for them again. How do I get around this? I've tried all the suggestions, and it's hugely frustrating.
If you are in the UK, and the film studio allows re-downloading, and you are signed in with the same account that you bought them with, then they might show under the Purchased link under Quinklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page for re-downloading - if they don't show then check to see if they are hidden (hiding and unhiding).
But you should be keeping and maintaining your own backup of your downloads and noy rely on being able to re-download any item as they are occasionally removed from the store by the content provider (film studio, tv company, record company etc). -

Inbox says I have unread messages but I can't find them
My inbox says I have 45 unread messages (and the number gets higher every day) but I can't find them. I have gone through all my emails but everything has been read. How do I fix this?
This was driving me crazy as well. Here is how I solved it:
1. Right click on Inbox and Mark all as read
2. Go to each subfolder and Mark All Read
3. Run outlook.exe /cleanviews (enter it in Start panel to run this command)
4. Close Outlook and restart as Administrator
5. Again Mark all read (repeat in subfolders)
6. Close and restart normally
The unread count disappeared. No clue where this ghostly email resided, but given that I checked
all subfolders, I feel ok that I did not miss anything. Be sure to check your rules too, in case you are moving incoming messages and don't remember setting up such a rule.

I have a 2011 Macbook Pro. I'm trying to burn an iMovie trailer onto a DVD that will play on a TV. When I follow the directions and go to share, my computer can't find iDVD. Help?
iDVD is no longer supported by Apple and does not come pre-loaded on new Macs.

Alternatively, you can purchase a boxed version of iLife '11 from Apple, Amazone, etc. Boxed versions come with iDVD and iWeb still on the disk. -
I have uninstalled the YourFiledownloader and all its pieces, but that box keeps popping up occasionally. There is nothing left on my uninstall page, according to what I can find on the web, that would keep this box reappearing. It is maddening!
Does it pop up from an unrelated page or in its own tab?
If it is in other pages, could you re-check your extensions? Sometimes badware has a bland name that disguises its true nature. Try disabling ALL nonessential or unrecognized extensions on the Add-ons page. Either:
* Ctrl+Shift+a
* "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
In the left column, click Extensions. Then, if in doubt, disable.
Usually a link will appear above at least one disabled extension to restart Firefox. You can complete your work on the tab and click one of the links as the last step.
If it's a separate tab, some malware uses the Windows "Scheduled Tasks" feature to open pages in your default browser at set times. You can check the Windows Task Scheduler:

I am trying to remove iTunes and re install it but I can't find iTunes 64.msi
I recently have been trying to update my iTunes and my computer said it could not find the "iTunes64.msi" file and I could not locate it myself. I have tried to download numerous "clean up" programs but every one I try leads to a download that I cannot complete and get to because of surveys, other program downloads etc... Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am also using Windows 7.
(1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):

(2) Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (If you're on a Windows Vista or Windows 7 system and you get aCode 800A0046 error message when doubleclicking the msicuu2.exe file, try instead right-clicking on the msicuu2.exe file and selecting "Run as administrator".)
(3) In your Start menu click All Programs and then click Windows Install Clean Up. The Windows Installer CleanUp utility window appears, listing software that is currently installed on your computer.
(4) In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
(5) Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time? -
I am trying to sign-up to Sky Player however I cannot do so because when I press the 'sign-up' button on the web page it refuses to take me to next page and the Firefox has a banner saying 'missing plugins'. When I click on that Firefox cannot find the missing plugins! I manually download some but it makes no difference.
Had similar problems in the past with other sites and end up have to use IE instead!Install Silverlight.

The installation should have been automatic when you downloaded it. Do you have the new lion features (like mission control, new scrolling bars, airdrop etc.)? If you do, there is no problem.
