My i Phone is 4s i changed the screen everything is working properly except the phone gets very hot than the normal so can you please help me for an advice or what should i do ?

There is no way of telling what you did in there. One thing you can't do is take it to Apple. They will not touch it now you've opened it up.

Tests by some of the web sites and magazines claim that the iPhone 5 is in fact more rugged than previous models. That doesn't obviate the possibility of an assembly defect that would make yours more susceptible to damage, but if you dropped or impacted them and they cracked, then your warranty will not apply and you'll have to pay for replacement, either the AppleCare+ "deductible", if you purchased AppleCare+ with your iPhone, or Apple's normal out-of-warranty replacement charge.
You can of course make an appointment at an Apple Store, explain the situation, and hope that there's something they can do for you. Don't count on it, though.

- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

They wanted me to register, so I registered (as my old apple ID) and then they asked if I want to restore backup, I did that too. after the restore back up process, the only things that aren't there were my music and apps! what should I do to get them into my new iPhone?

did you restore from backup or as a new device? Restore as a new device. Before you add any apps to it, use the phone with just the iOS-installed apps. If it's fine, slowly add a few purchased apps back at a time. Do this until the offending app is found.
