Jailbroken phones cannot be discussed in an Apple forum. If you synced your phone with your computer the texts will be in the backup, so if you restore the backup you may get them back, but with a jailbroken phone it's anybody's guess what will happen.

I have recently bought a new factory unlocked Apple iPhone 5s from an authorised reseller in India which got a 1 Year Warranty. Shortly I plan to move to Australia for some work assignment. Please let me know if my warranty is covered internationally?

You can only purchase a factory unlocked iPhone directly from Apple.

Idea (if you are in India) is not an approved Apple carrier but IF your iPhone
is a genuine unlocked iPhone it should work on a GSM network
although all the features will not be supported

Purchase an unlocked phone from a legitimate source (i.e. Apple if they sell unlocked phones in your country or a carrier who sells unlocked phones. See this list: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1937).
If you already have one, you should be able to call AppleCare and give them the serial number. They should be able to tell you if it's locked and who it's locked to. -

It's not going to happen. Even a cursory reading of the forums would have revealed this fact.
Apple can NOT help you. AT&T WILL NOT help you.
Leave your iPhone at home or in airplane mode while you're in India and buy yourself a cheap disposable phone to use while you're in India. I believe AT&T still has a program where they will put your account "on hold" while you are gone for a small fee. -

As has been said, T-Mobile phones purchased directly from Apple have been historically unlocked. No reason to think the 6 will be any different.
If you Purchase a T-Mobile Phone from a T-Mobile store instead of an Apple store, then they are not unlocked.
The big clue is in the Price form Apple. You are not paying a subsidized price for the T-Mobile phone when bought directly from Apple. Its a full price Phone which would suggest it is unlocked.
However, until such time as the iPhone 6 is actually released and its status confirmed there's no way to say with 100% certainty if that will be the case.
You need to wait until its released to be sure it is unlocked. But again there's no reason to think it won't be since all previous T-Mobile models have been unlocked when purchased directly from Apple.

Settings > iTunes and App Store > Apple ID = Sign Out... Then Sign In using the preferred Apple ID.
It should be Noted that anything Downloaded with a Particular Apple ID is tied to that Apple ID and Cannot be Merged or Transferred to a Different Apple ID -

Not in the US, at the present time. Apple has not started selling officially unlocked iPhone 5's in the US, & has not announced when they will.
