Complain to the Attorney General about what? There is nothing in your story worth any such complaint. They will tell you the same.
First you have payment difficulty so credit and the Edge program are not available to you. You have to be credit worthy to get any upgrade, unless you can pay full price for all those new devices.

You are trying to get new contract plans, but since you are having paying on time and in full issues you will not get extended credit from any carrier.
What I would do is go and port out to Boost or Virgin Mobile where you pay a reduced cost for each device and get unlimited everything for $40 to $50 a month, it is pre pay so if you don't pay you get cut off.
Verizon although with the best coverage is also the highest priced.

Hierarchy Search Option is not working

Hi i have an Orgunit hierarchy ,
when i am searching a node which is of particular hierarchy using the search option in BEX i could not able to get the node. For your info the query def values are selected as from the infoprovider at the infoobj level.
If i selects selection as value range it works fine but when i select the selection options as single value it is not diplaying. The data is availabe in the infoprovider level so please can anybody throw light on this if you come across these kind of situation

I believe that Spotlight only performs its "indexing" function on internal hard drives. So it would not know the contents of attached Servers.

You could format that HDD as Fat32/MS-DOS, but you'd be limited to 4 GB Filesizes.

Searching a pdf file including both latin caracters and other (HERE: greek) . Entering words in English works but entering greek words the search function does not work

in a serachable dictionnary ( old greek-English) in pdf format the search function works when entering English words but not when entering greek words using the polytonic Greek keyboard from Windows. Why ? Is there a solution to search for Greek words ?

Try a copy/paste some of the Greek text out into Word. Does it display as expected in Word?

Search option does not work in address book

The search field (upper right corner of window) does not work in address book (version 4.0.5) of my friend's Power Book. I eliminated the possibility of a corrupt plist (preference) file by dragging them to the desktop and restarting but it still didn't help. Any other ideas?

If searching in Spotlight works, I don’t know what could be the problem. You may try this:
1. Open Address Book.
2. As an extra safety measure, do File > Back up Address Book and save the backup wherever you wish.
3. Go to Address Book > Preferences > vCard, set the vCard Format to 3.0 and check Export notes in vCards. Close the Preferences window when done.
4. Select the All group in the main Address Book window and do File > Export Group vCard (the command should read “Export Group vCard”, not just “Export vCard”).
5. Quit Address Book, Mail, and any other applications that might use Address Book for something. Or just quit all applications to be on the safe side.
6. In the Finder, go to ~/Library/Application Support/AddressBook/ and trash any ABPerson.skIndex files you may see there. Open Address Book and check whether the problem is fixed.
7. If the problem persists, quit Address Book again, in the Finder go to ~/Library/Application Support/, and move the entire AddressBook folder out of there, e.g. to the Desktop (to be deleted after fixing the problem and making sure you don’t miss anything).
8. Open Address Book and try doing File > Revert to Address Book Backup to restore the backup you made in step 2. If the problem persists, repeat step 7 and this time try doing File > Import > vCards to import the cards exported in step 4.
Note: For those not familiarized with the ~/ notation, it refers to the user’s home folder. That is, ~/Library is the Library folder within the user’s home folder, i.e. /Users/username/Library.

On the Apple website the account details show that the account is verified but on the ipad it continually says "verified" and underneath "Account not verified" Have checked the rescue email address but this says account is verified. I had to get a new keyboard and now the keys in the upper row are not working appropriately. How can I fix this problem?

My keyboard stopped working so I went to the apple store to replace it with another one. Now I am back home and the keys at the very top are not working correctly (volumn F12 shows the dashboard, F11 takes the screen up and away, F8 pause button shows spaces, etc.). All new keyboards need Snow Leopard 10.6.8 and above for full functionality.
Rather short-sighted of Apple perhaps, but that seems to be a trend these days.
I'm afraid the only fix is to upgrade to SL. Personaly, I'd take it back and get a refund and seek an older keyboard or a third-party one elsewhere.
