I have items listed as "pending" in my print queue online but nothing is printing.
i have sent multiple items to print and whilst they are sitting in my print queue marked as "pending" nothing is printing. the printer is on and having run a wireless report all seems fine. what am i missing??

If a print job is in the pending status, it could mean there's an issue with the printer itself (paper jam, low ink levels, etc.). Double check to make sure there are no alerts like these on the printer. If not, then you can try resetting the printer's connection with these steps:
1. Unplug your router.
2. Unplug the printer (without turning it off first).
3. After about 60 seconds, plug in the router and once it's ready, plug in the printer.
Let me know if the print jobs are still pending after you've done this.

My ipad went blank last night for no apparent reason. It was on one minute, and then completely dark. I didn't touch it, it just seemed to have died. I tried turning it back on/off, but nothing happens. Anyone else have a similar situation?
Thansk for the reply King_Penguin...let me elaborate and see what you think...I had the ipad2 in the office and saw the battery was getting really low. I tried charging it with the iphone charger (connects to my pc at work). It took a while, but it got enough juice in the ipad2 to bring it back to life. when I got home, I hooked it up, and got to about 50%. All was fine, then I was attempting to hook it up to my TV with the AV adapter (or VGA adapter, whatever it is), left the ipad alone for a minute, came back to it, and that's when it went dark. I tried the home/sleep buttons, but only for about 5 seconds...any other suggestions in case that doesn't work? Thanks again...

It sounds like you have done some great troubleshooting for your iPod nano that is not responding. In this situation, if resetting it did not resolve, I would suggest restoring the iPod back to its factory settings and then sync your content back onto it from iTunes. My iPhone 4 died and I have tried charging it and plugging it into the computer, but nothing happens execpt the dead battery thing that pops up when you charge it when it's completely dead.
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

I have been trying to set up icloud on my ipad but after I run the program, nothing shows up on my computer screen or ipad. Have I left something out?
Thanks. That was indeed the problem. A few hints for others with this problem. You can only find out that you need to upgrade, and upgrade, by cabling your iPad to your computer. Then the next Tricky part is making sure you have your iPad purchases saved on your computer. Then you download the new OS upgrade and you will get a "start up" type of screen on your iPad with a few questions. Nowhere is there a very good explanation that you want to then go back to your computer and restore your iPad. I finally did that because there were no other obvious alternatives, though all the warnings made me very nervous. After the restore command, I synched my iPad and I seem to have everything back, and I can now access iCloud. maybe I missed some instructions somewhere, but I found this process much more obscure than the usual Apple directions. Thanks for your help!

When I sync my I Pad 2 with this I Mac, my games show in the game centre, but when I click on a game nothing happens. Is there a way to play the games? I have tried many times to open a game like "Angry Birds Star Wars" but nothing. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?

CristianaGenerally, when going out of the country and using a foreign SIM, carrier files can be changed. Go to Settings>General>About>and look at Carrier? What does it say? You may have to perform a restore. You can try a restore from a backup, that would reinstall the iOS, and would provide the latest AT&T carrier file as well. See if this will fix the problem.

I have a document which is stuck in the print queue and will not cancel and remove. I have rebooted the computer three times, the printer three times and the network. It is blocking printing by the printer.
How do I remove and clear the queue?Hi this might work as well
1. Click start and go to the control panel and next go to printers.
2. Doubleclick your printer icon.
3. In the new screen click on the word printer in the top left corner en set a check mark with "use printer offline".
4. Disconnect the unit from the computer.
5. Click on the word printer again in the top left corner and choose "cancel all printjobs". Wait until this happens.
6. If this not happens restart your computer and check if the printjob is gone now. If it does happen skip step 6.
7. If the printjob is gone reconnect your printer and click printer in the top left corner again and remove the check mark with "use printer offline".
8. Try printing.

If you're using the Printer Pro app, you're not going to use AirPrint services.
They are not the same thing.
Are you using the 'Open In' option to get the email into Printer Pro for printing?

Basic troubleshooting steps straight out of the User Guide are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as NEW. Have you been through ALL of these steps?
