I have just asked a question...and you wanted more  clarification....I signed in....where do I answer your request ????

I send photos to Flickr, or other peole by using the buttons at the top of the Aperture page...this works every time...but the photos arrive UN-edited, after I have edited them in Aperture.   Please help.  Thank you .

Make sure what you press the button to email or whatever that you have the edit image selected or up in the viewer.
You might somehow be selecting an unedited version of the image when you do this.
