I have just bought all this adobe stuff, bought light room 5 after I entered my serial number, it said I need the previous number. i don't have one??
I need help. just purchased the daobe light room and can't get further than the serial number, says i need previous number. I'm confused
If you buy an Upgrade you will need to have a previous version of Lightroom ... a Full version doesn't need a previous serial number.
Did you buy and "Upgrade" or "Full" version?
If you wanted full but bought an upgrade you will need to contact Adobe customer support.

I am also encountering a Download Error warning under the Apps tab on Creative Cloud desktop. Hitting the "reload applications" button just re-loads the error message.

Thank you!Thanks Dave, that had been my understanding too, but then in trying to resolve the Download Error problem I had come across something that suggested I might need a serial number. I'll ignore that and focus on the Download Error! I guess I'd better post that in a new thread though unless you have any ideas about that? I tried downloading and installing LR5 from the Adobe site itself instead of through CC desktop but that didn't help: the first time I tried to open LR5 it said it had to be opened by AAM, which then produced the Download Error message again. The second time I attempted to open the software (and every attempt since) it asks me for a serial number. A computer restart hasn't helped.

I have been trying to redeem my ITunes gift card, but when I plug in the redemtion code on the back, I do not see a tab for redeem, just done. Therefore, I keep doing the same thing over and over, and the card is not downloading.

I just bought a new macbook pro and my CS6 migrated, but now when I open existing documents, it launches a free trial version. There doesn't appear to be a way to enter my serial number or communicate that I simply have a new computer. HELP! There is no customer support for this. I can't believe what a poor service company Adobe is!!
The problem was that you migrated CS6. Unfortunately, migration doesn't work because it doesn't move all the files.
First, you'll need to use the Adobe Cleaner Tool to remove the components that were installed:

The music is stored on the iTunes library. This library isn't deleted when you uninstall or reinstall iTunes, so you will keep everything. Anyway, it's better to make a backup of the library. Apart from that, you can download the purchased music as many times as you want -

You need to copy some files and your iTunes folder to the new computer. Do you have a backup of your old computer (or still have the old computer?) Was the old computer a Mac or PC?

I just bought a new Iphone and when I connected it to itunes and I downloaded the backup from my last device, now I can't pass this step and every time I connect it to itunes is the same thing. And I can't download any app because problems with my account regarding the credit card but the information is correct and it says it is not!!!

I'm not clear on what you're saying about your backup. Are you saying that when you connect to iTunes it's asking you to restore from backup even though you already have?

My ICloud Tabs on my iPhone won't update it's filled with all this old stuff!
Check the mute switch on the side above the volume rocker. If the red dot shows, the phone is muted. You'll still be able to play the ringtones to select one.
I find that the switch can be thrown to "mute" by accident when I put my iPhone in my belt holster. -
