I have just bought an Ipod and have set up the i cloud. That seems to have worked, now i am trying to do the ipod match so this music is transferred to my ipod. I have gone into settings/ music as instruted but there is no option for it! pls help!

Have you subscribed to iTunes match in iTunes on a computer under the same Apple ID used on the iPod?

Do you see that persona on the Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes page?
Does that persona have an uninstall button?
If that doesn't help the reset the lightweightThemes on the <b>about:config</b> page
lightweightThemes.isThemeSelected -> false
lightweightThemes.usedThemes -> (empty string)
To open the <i>about:config</i> page, type <b>about:config</b> in the location (address) bar and press the "<i>Enter</i>" key, just like you type the url of a website to open a website.<br />
If you see a warning then you can confirm that you want to access that page.<br />
You can use the Filter bar at to top of the about:config page to locate a pref more easily. -
Trying to update my iphone. I go to settings then general. But, there is no option for updates.. My iphone is 2 years old and I have never updated it but I need to now to get some of my apps working again. Help??

I just bought my IPhone and am also getting the the Service Apple Mobile Device failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services. This is after following the uninstall/reinstall instruction. I am due to travel in 2 days and am very upset about this. This needs to be fixed!!!

You cannot update iPhone 4 to IOS 8.1.2, the highest you can update is IOS 7.1.2.

I have upgraded to an Iphone 6 and am at IOS 8.2. My calendar alerts no longer show up as notifications on my phone. I have gone into settings and double checked that notifications for calendar was on and it is. Any ideas on a fix?
I have iPhone 4s but the same problem with calendar on 8.2 iOS - no sound, no notification appears - but everything is switched on.

Eraser tool in Photoshop CS4 acts as if it is transparent when on brush or pencil mode. Block acts like its not transparent at all but there are no options for opacity, flow or brush size. Whats wrong and how to I make the brush and pencil eraser erase completely without having to go over it multiple times?
It started randomly about two weeks ago and I thought it was a glitch that would just go away. But now I am getting sick of using only the block eraser on one size. Help?The easiest thing to start with is to reset the Eraser Tool.
Right click on the Eraser icon in the tool options bar and then click on Reset Tool. -

That option is only available after upgrading to iOS 5 or higher. Prior to that you will need to connect to your syncing computer and use iTunes.

Basically smc reset is shutdown, pull your plug for 15 seconds, plug it back in, wait 5 seconds, and reboot. Harmless to you. Resets the smc.
Pram reset is similar but you need to push commnd-option-P-R after the boot chime. Read what does.

That feature isn't present until you have installed iOS 5 or later. You must upgrade via iTunes and your computer.
