Try using the little camera icon in the header of the text box you use when you post a reply in this forum.
Unfortunately the file you have a linked to can't be seen, because of the way that you have added it to the post.

I've never seen this issue, and I handle many iPads, of all versions. WiFi issues are generally local to the WiFi router - they are not all of the same quality, range, immunity to interference, etc. You have distance, building construction, and the biggie - interference.
At home, I use Apple routers, and have no issues with any of my WiFi enabled devices, computers, mobile devices, etc - even the lowly PeeCees. I have locations where I have Juniper Networks, as well as Aruba, and a few Netgears - all of them work as they should.
The cheaper routers, Linksys, D-Link, Seimens home units, and many other no name devices have caused issues of various kinds, and even connectivity.
I have no idea what Starbucks uses, but I always have a good connection, and I go there nearly every morning and get some work done, as well as play.
You could try changing channels, 2.4 to 5 Gigs, changing locations of the router. I have had to do all of these at one time or another over the many years that I have been a Network Engineer.

I have just installed Illustrator CS6 yesterday, but I found it was in French. Could help me figure out how to change the language into English?
I got my series number from my Institut (which is in Paris, FR). I do not use Creative Cloud.

I have tried to install Creative Cloud but I just get a blank white screen with a black Creative Cloud bar at the top. There are no options to choose 'Apps' etc. Can anyone help?

I have just subscribed to icoud match but am having difficulties. It says it has moved all my songs to the cloud but the cloud symbol has seemed to only appear by the songs purchased from the itunes store only, (this is on the desktop where I originally setup my itunes account) and some of the cloud symbols have an exclamation mark in them, so if I attempt to play them now, it says it can't find it!!!. Also, the main purpose of this exercise was to create space on my iphone and ipad............so once I have succesfully uploaded all my songs to the cloud, do I then delete all my songs off my devices to ceate that space or does that happen automatically?
Once you successfully add you iTunes library to iTunes Match, you go to Settings>iTunes & App Store on your iOS device and turn on iTunes Match. Your iTunes Match library will then appear on your iOS device.

My airport utility no longer works, but I have just changed my router. Is there something I need to do ? The orange light shows up on my airport, rather than the green one it should have. Please help !!!

If you just replaced the router with an Airport Extreme or Express:
disconnect the modem from power, disconnect the new router from power, connect the modem to power and wait till it os fully started up, then connect the new router to power. After a while the amber light will turn to flashing, then after a while it will turn to green. Then with AirportUtility (in Aplications/Utilities) it should be configured with the password. -

What would happen if I turn off my backup and delete backup data From my device? Will it delete my music and everything for ever or just stay in the cloud but not on my device?
If you have multiple devices backing up to the Cloud, you will see all of them listed. You would click on each device to change what is backed up from that device. You can then delete your individual back-ups.
Once you have all your settings to your liking, you can then go back to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup, and click on Back Up Now (bottom of the screen) to create a fresh backup with your new settings.

Please can someone help me?
I have just changed my password on my work computer on gmail but my phonehas locked out of my emails now and will not accept my new password. it keeps telling me my username or password is incorrect. I have tried deleting entire email account and setting it up again but still doesnt work!
Im out of options and step by step on apple is rubbish!!Ive also looked into other comments people have made about this and they are saying if you go into your account and go to incoming mail server you can change the password there but I cant find that anywhere. it only says outgoing mail server.
could this be the problem? have i deleted this? -

This should really be unnecessary but anyway..
If you mean the internal IP of the TC, the it can be changed by changing the dhcp settings.. which is weird.
It looks a bit different in the v6 utility but is easy to do..
See the DHCP beginning address is split into sections.. change the front section from 10.0 to 192.168
Then update the TC.. then you will need to change everything on the network as the IP will need to change.. I recommend you simply turn everything off and then on again in correct order.. modem.. TC.. clients. 2min gap. -
I have just changed to Firefox from IE. When i pull up my home page which is the BBC.co.uk I have always to reset my local region as it always defaults to London. I didn't have this problem with IE. Can you please supply a solution.
I fixed it!!! Following advice from similar posts, I searched the hard drive for "sessionrestore.js" in my Firefox Profiles folder (you'll need to enable viewing of hidden files in Windows Explorer (Tools > Folder Options > View (then select Hidden files option) then Apply to all folders) to do this). I then shut down Firefox, deleted the file and restarted - my home page was correct and it didn't try to open my old session! Some other posts suggested deleting everything called "sessionrestore" in that folder, but I didn't need to.

I have just updated my adobe cloud programmes, but when I am in Photoshop cc 2014 it now does not bring up my Topaz Filters or my Perfect Photosuite8, any ideas please
As a workaround, I placed shortcuts from my Topaz plugins in my old CC 64bit plugins folder, in the plugins folder of CC 2014 64bit. The plugins seem to work ok in CC 2014. Note that CC 64 bit itself is uninstalled but the plugins folder remains.
I know this is not good practice but it works and I'll stick with it till there's a solution from Topaz or Adobe. The advice from Topaz so far was not helpful.
