First, please don't shout.
Second, don't post personal information.
Third, restore, if iTunes will let you. Everything except the password will be restored. Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. Be forewarned that it takes a long time. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
At the end of the basic Restore, you will be asked if you wish to sync the iPad/iPod. As before, say "yes." Note that that sync selection will disappear and the Restore will end if you do not respond within a reasonable time. If that happens, only the apps that are part of the IOS will appear on your device. Corrective action is simple - choose manual "Sync" from the bottom right of iTunes.
If you're unable to do the Restore, go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here.

Unfortunately, this sort of trouble has gotten more complicated to deal with ever since Microsoft pulled the Windows Installer CleanUp utility from their Download Center on June 25. First we have to find a copy of the utility.
Let's try Googling. (Best not to use Bing, I think.) Look for a working download site for at least version 3.0 of the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (The results from mydigitallife and Major Geeks are worth checking.)
After downloading the utility installer file (msicuu2.exe), scan the file for malware, just in case. (I use the free version of Malwarebytes AntiMalware to do single-file scans for that.)
If the file is clean, to install the utility, doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file you've downloaded.
Now run the utility ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up"). In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any QuickTime entries and click "Remove".
Quit out of CleanUp. Restart the PC, and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time?

You will need to work out why they are ineligible, are they the wrong format, are the file sizes simply too large or is the data rate at which the audio was iencoded too low.

The latest ACR for CS6 is ARC 8.7.1 and ist get installed into a common folder that both Photoshop and Bridge use. CS6 perpetual Windows should be at level 13.0.1.3 and Mac at level 13.0.6 where subscription CS6 version should be at version 13.1.2. You may have installed ACR 8.2 into Photoshop CS6 Plug-in folder that is not the correct location.. Where it goes depends on your OS Platform and level.

You're in the right place to ask questions, and get answers!
When you convert a file to PDF using the Acrobat.com online service, they are automatically stored in your Acrobat.com account at https://cloud.acrobat.com/files.
To download a file to your computer, select the file in the Files list, and then click Download at the top top of the list. Your files will be downloaded to the Downloads folder on your computer.

Photoshop CS6 does not need the DNG Converter. You can upgrade to Adobe Camera Raw 8.8 using CS6 under Help > Updates.
The DNG converter is for earlier versions like CS5 that can't upgrade directly to ACR 8.8

The installation CD for your CLIE is no longer available for sale. Sony has stopped all development and manufacturing of new CLIE products back in May 2004.
As the Parts and Accessories sells out of stock on CLIE accessory items, they are not being replaced. At this time there is no plan to re-introduce the CLIE Handheld or accessories for sale.
