I have just downloaded Firefox 3.6.10 and when I try to install I get a message saying it cannot find the licence terms si I cannot accept them. How do I install it?

Win 7 Home Premium

Download a fresh copy of Firefox ( http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html ) and do a reinstall of Firefox on top of the current version.<br />
If that still causes the same problem then do a clean reinstall.
