I have just made a subscription to Skype premium but when I try to call I am asked to subscribe again or pay for credit, when I click on view account that subscription show.
Anyone any ideas

Since you seem to be using a new disk for Lion, Time Machine will consider previous backups to be for a "different" computer. Try doing a control-click or click-and-hold on the Time Machine icon in the Dock, then choose "Browse Other Time Machine Disks". This should allow Time Machine to see the previous backups.
In the worst case you should be able to open those Time Machine backups and copy your documents from there to your home folder.
By the way, you've been misled by poor field labeling on this forum into typing a large part of your message into the field intended for the subject. In the future just type a short summary of your post into that field and type the whole message into the field below that.

How did you create the account ? If you followed the instructions on this page when creating it then you should have got the 'none' option : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534
e.g. on a computer's iTunes, if currently signed into an account then you logged out of it, and you then found a free app in the store and clicked on its free 'price' :
And then clicked on 'create Apple id' on the popup :
When I tried that process to create an account a few days ago I got the 'none' option on the payment details screen.
If you didn't use that process then you will need to create a new account using it (the instructions won't work with an existing account).

Let me restate my question, above. I have just joined iTunes and have downloaded the iTunes software onto my Windows 7 laptop. I have now used that iTunes software to find songs in iMusic, that I want to buy. I have found the songs. 40 of them. I put them into the "Wish List". Now I suppose I have to purchase these 40 songs and download each of them onto my laptop, but there are no apparent buttons to make the purchase. If you enabled the page curl option when exporting from InDesign you have NOT made a PDF file.
You have made a SWF file inside a PDF file.
It will not work on mobile devices, in non-Adobe Reader software, it's not accessible nor searchable and cannot be printed.
PDF files do not support page curl - turn that off and InDesign will export a real PDF of your document.
