I have just noticed that the new edit tools don't allow for setting up links to open in a new window. This is a very basic tool. Can it be incorporated ASAP.
previous editor made i t very easy for clients to create links in text that opened in new windows rather than existing window. I consider this a basic tool. Can it be re-incorporated ASAP.

i have noticed that the album artwork on itunes installed on my phone is missing some of the album artwork when i go to the "album" section of itunes in my phone. How can i get the album artwork to show up
first of all, no one is going to respond to this becuase limewire is used basically in your situation illegally. But let's say you import a cd, left click on the songs you imported and hit get album artwork, if nothing comes up, the album sn't in the itunes database, get it online. And I suggest never to mention limewire and music files on the same post here, since limewire is a file sharing program. Use Itunes, it's easier. theo

How can I set web links to open in a new window?
I'm using the links tool in Acrobat 5.05 to create links in my pdf to other websites, not documents. When the pdf is posted online, I need those links to open in a new window. Now they open in the same window, which subjects the viewer to using the back button to return to the originating pdf and waiting for it to completely reload. This is a sizeable pdf file, making that very time consuming. I tried Un-checking the option about "Open Cross Document Links in Same Window" but tests indicated that it made no difference.
If you need more info to clarify my question, please just ask. Any suggestions in regard to solving this will be appreciated.

I am currently using Firefox 19. In the last week I have found that in both Yahoo and Gmail I am unable to attach files using drag and drop; I have not used drag and drop for a little while so I cannot say that it begun with a particular Firefox update. Unlike some users of FF16 I have no problem dragging tabs around in the browser. I know in the past certain issues with attachments have evidently been related to the browser and hence the reason I consider such a link now. I am using Windows XP SP3.

Thanks for your response, but remembering the cause of a previous attachent problem that many Firefox users were having at around the time of FF13 related to the network.http.spdy.enabled setting to 'true' I decided to check that setting again in about:config.
To fix my problem at the time I, like others, changed the SPDY setting from 'true' to 'false' and this I found had not been automatically changed with later versions of FF. I did find, however, that there were now two other SPDY settings for v2 and v3, which were set to 'true'. In case these were conflicting with the first setting on 'false' I changed this latter to 'true' also. This done I returned to Gmail and tried to attach some files, firstly in the normal way by clicking on attachments and selecting a file from the dialogue box, which worked (previously on 'true' this had not worked); secondly, I tried attaching using drag & drop, which now worked. I also found that drag & drop worked in Yahoo too.
So, could a conflict between the SPDY versions have been the cause of the problem when network.http.spdy.enabled was set to 'false'?
If the problem occurs again I will let you know. (I have attached a snapshot of the current settings.) -

You can try the standard fixes:

Just noticed that the sequence settings are wrong
hey everyone
just a few quick questions from a newb....
i just finished working on a video and I noticed that I didn't properly setup the video, the original video files were in 1280 x 720(iphone) i noticed some jagged edges and every time I export it renders out to 720 x 480.
I remember I changed the easy setup after the clips were added to AIC 720p30.
As I'm playing around with the sequence setting, I hit the load button and the dimensions/canvas changed to the desired settings...
but now the movie clips are I'm guessing 720x480 because the canvas changed but the movie clips stayed the same size. Is there anyway I can get everything to 1280x720? without having to start over?
Everythng is small compared to the canvas now. However, when I drag a clip onto the canvas is the proper size and fills up the space.Hi
As I get it - One can't change setting in an upstarted project.
So as I understands it - One must start a new Project/Sequence to make the new setting to take.

I have recently upgraded to ios 7 on my iphone. I am currently at 7.0.2 which i installed yesterday. Now i notice that the keypad doesnt appear in any function under Phone. Keypad doesnt show up in contact search, or while adding new contacts or editing the existing. This is irritting.

Just got my new iPad Air and noticed that the screen calibration is off. For example if I select the circle to place something there I have to select outside of the circle to make it happen. I did not have this issue on my previous iPad.
Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.) No data/files will be erased.
If no fix, Take it to an Apple Store for evaluation.

Have just migrated from the world of PC's. and I had my mail text typing set up so that when I started a new sentence after a full stop it started with a capital with out me pressing shift. also, i could set up words to self fill like ur would auto correct to your. can this be done with mac
I don't know about the first letter cap but the spelling is simple. Edit - Spelling and Grammar - Select While Typing and Correct Spelling Automatically.

I have just purchased Aperture 3.4.5 and notice that the Inspector pane and Toolbar are in greytones. No Colour !! any ideas?
It has been this way since Aperture 3.3. It is not bug, but a feature. New designed icons to fit in with the grey design of Lion and Mt. Lion.
And sorry, there is no built-in option to restore the colorful look of previous Aperture version.

I have an ipod touch 4th generation and have just recently downloaded the new update. I was wondering why the videos that I had added in my playlist won't show up. Is there anyway that I could get my videos to appear in my playlist? They are still in my ipod in the video section, but just won't appear in my playlist.
iOS6 problems aplenty ....not sure if the link I inserted is working or not, but the issue is a lot more prevalent - the issue being that what shows up & plays in iTunes after the iOS6 update is not what shows up (& plays) on the device itself. This may go beyond just the iPod Touch as well.
In my case I can see & play both audio & video files in my Playlist through iTunes, but can only see the Playlists on the iPod Touch with ALL of them being empty. Syncing numerous times no help. Contacting Apple Tech. Support no help - they suggested downloading my Purchases from the iTunes Store - waste of time, did not make a difference. It is clear Apple needs to release a fix to OS6.
Another problem I noticed on the device is that the Shuffle option is hidden on the built-in Songs Playlist, having to swipe the screen down to see it - dumb dumb dumb. -
When I was editing a picture that I reposted on instagram, I hit the edit button and then a white screen appears and randomly shuts down. I have also noticed that my iPod has been crashing about every single 30 minutes! Please help!
The iPod crashing when editing a photo is a known bug in iOS 5.1.1.
For the other problem.
Try the following:
- A reset. Nothing is lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup
- Restore to factory settings/new iPod.

I have been noticing that when using the computer the mouse keeps going in places where I really do not want and just now select the sentence without I have done anything. Sometimes goes to places like bookmark or open tabs in website when I am reading a page.
Also I have noticed opened windows that I have not opened.
I have verified the sharing folder and also the remote access but it not let me turn it off.
Also I have add a password to my computer and even using the same one it looks like is not working.
The I photo stopped working, Mac Mail does not let me add rules (this is from one day to the other)
The computer is mine, the internet I use is payed by me with a password. I did not give permission to anyone to use my computer or share my files.
In system preferences in the sharing folder is showing everyone and staff.
My computer is private I do not own a company and I do not have a network set up in my house.
I had my photos removed from my computer and even after trying to reinstall I photo and fix the Mac Mail is not working.
I am receiving emails saying that I have sent emails to people that I do not know and including in a time where I am working and not using the computer.
Any suggestions in how to fix this issue?
I really appreciate.With the multitude of issues you have I would take it to an Apple store or AASP and have them sort it out. Then I would sign up for Apple camp or one on one.
