Export the objects that contain ACI's to LDIF and import into the production server. This is acommon method of standardising the upper level tree objects to a standard server build for roll out. This is particulaly easy with iDS v5.x with ldapmodify being able to interperet creates into modify's if an objects exist. No need to rewrite the LDIF.
