Firefox is not able to show the Toolbar. Please re-install the Toolbar...
we run Window XP

This issue can be caused by an extension that isn't working properly.
Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
* Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

If it does work in Safe-mode then disable all extensions and then try to find which is causing it by enabling one at a time until the problem reappears.
* Use "Disable all add-ons" on the [[Safe mode]] start window to disable all extensions.
* Close and restart Firefox after each change via "File > Exit" (Mac: "Firefox > Quit"; Linux: "File > Quit")

Download the Adobe Licensing Repair Tool.
Run the License Service Update.
Mac OS X 10.7 and above:
a. Double-click the LicenseRecovery111.dmg It will extract the folder. Open the folder.
b. Double-click your Hard Drive.
c. Double-click Applications.
d. Double-click Utilities.
e. Double-click Terminal.
f. Type sudo python
Note: There is a space following “python”. Do not press Return.
g. Drag LicenseRecover.py from the LicenseRecovery111 folder onto the Terminal Window and press Return.
It should look like this:
h. Enter your administrator user name and password when prompted and click OK.
(Note: the cursor will not move and you will not see stars or dots, just enter your password anyway.
i. Let the script run, it will tell you when it is finished. Quit terminal and restart Photoshop

Are you saying that you had all your music safely stored in itunes and now it's all gone? You might try getting back the itunes folder that contains all your music (you haven't told us what kind of computer you're using) from a computer backup, say from a day ago. If using a mac, look in Time Machine, in the music folder for your account.

I have just upgraded to PSE 12. I cannot view photos in the Organiser how do I make them appear?

I can see the hourglass only. Eventually and for no logical reason they do appear but may disappear just as quickly. In PSE 9 I would just click on 'show all'. How do I do it in PSE 12?

Have you given PSE enough time to generate all the thumbnails? It can take a very long time if you have a big catalog. If you're sure that's not it, try selecting a thumbnail and pressing F5. If it generates an image, then select all and do the same thing.

I upgraded to Firefox4 and now I cannot print statements from the Telus or CIBC websites (both worked fine in version 3.6). They are both pop-ups that used Adobe Acrobat to display. The box pops up be remains blank. Any suggestions?

I have downgraded to 3.6 and both work again, so the problem is definitely related to version 4.
IETab2 will work for the Telus site, but not for the CIBC site and neither works with Roboform.

I seem to have fixed it by putting <div class="clearfloat"></div> after the navigation bar?

You can find the connection settings in Tools > Options > Advanced : Network : Connection
If you do not need to use a proxy to connect to internet then select "No Proxy"

I found that Time Machine in Mavericks will sort it all out for you. You shouldn't need to buy another backup drive, unless you have insufficient space left and can't afford to delete whats on there. It should just work fine.

I think you are looking for this:
From the Finder, select View > Show Status Bar and like magic, your info is revealed like how it was with snow leopard at the bottom of the finder window.
If you have the finder window at the bottom of your screen then it might be below the screen, just move the window up. That happened for me when I revealed it.

Bought a student edition, so the serial number was sent through after confirmation process. I just upgraded my laptop and want to install the product. My new computer has no disk drive so I have downloaded CS4. My previous laptop was damaged a while ago and so I have not been using my Adobe account for some time. I now want to find my serial number to activate CS4 and I can't see it anywhere or find an easy way of contacting Adobe. Help.

You don't say which browser you are using so I will assume it's Safari. If so then open Safari - Preferences - General tab and look for where you set the home page, just set it to www.Google.com
If this fails for some reason then open Safari and reset it (look in the Safari menu) and choose all options for the reset. The re-try setting the preference. Post back with your results.
