If you were able to load websites until you updated Firefox, your Internet security software (including firewalls, antivirus programs, anti-spyware programs, and more) is likely preventing Firefox from connecting to the Internet, see [http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/configure-firewalls-so-firefox-can-access-internet firewalls]

When in iTunes on the computer,my our ipadmshould show under devices.
Click on your ipadmunder devices then go to music at top center of the iTunes window, check what you want to sync for music. You need to set it to a folder if I remember which would have your music in it you want synced.
Same with PDF files.....there should be an option for data or even PDF files at the top center area of iTunes when the iPad is clicked under devices.
If your iPad does not show or you cannot click on it under devices which is in the leftane of iTunes, the iPad is not being seen by the computer.
Try unplugging the USB cord from the laptop then give it a few and see if the computer picks it up.

I have itunes installed on computer but when I click on the itunes shortcut it says it has stopped working, tried to update and it said it had done it but still coming up with itunes has stopped working. Don't know what else to do?

Does iTunes not see the phone?
If not, make sure you're running the current version of iTunes.

As for iPhoto, you will have to purchase a newer version. It's not a free upgrade. Or, you can use Image Capture, which is built into OS X, to import the photos.

Updated BB DM - and now will not connect (receive RIM HH Comm Mgr has stopped working)

This is what I get for updating my software (I should never do that) - - - but I did, and now when I start my BB DM I get the following error "RIM Handheld Communications Manager has stopped working".
I even tried re-loading an oldddd version of BB DM, and I still get the message.
I've rebooted, uninstalled, re-installed - etc etc - and of course RIM offers no customer support on their website for the Desktop Manager.
Anyone with any ideas - I would greatly appreciate it - - thank you.

Yep - I unchecked that block. But, good news, I found al 2011 version of BB DM and installed that and it is working perfectly......so, I will just never update again....lol

Since installing itunes 10.5, my music library won't sync to my ipod nano or ipad2. Running windows 7, and all that happens it i get the message "itunes has stopped working. WIndows is looking for a solution and need to close this programme."

Since the latest Firefox update, the Personas icon (brown fox) that appeared in the bottom left corner, has disappeared. Where did it go and how do I get it back?

I have a Personas account. The brown fox icon was present in the bottom left corner of my screen before the latest version of Firefox downloaded, but is not there anymore. I have to go to the Personas web site now whenever I want to manage my Persona. Previously, all I had to do was click on the brown fox, and do what I wanted to do from there.
Why has this changed, and how to I put it back to the way it was before?

Since compelled to take the IOS 7.0.2 "upgrade" I experience 4 - 10 second delays in text inputting. The keystrokes are buffered then displayed. Other signs suggest the processor is under way too much load.
I haev reduced the concurrent apps to 1. turned off location services, most notifications etc etc .
It occurs like this on Twitter and FB, and IM and simple text messages.
Clearly the software is too processor intensive for iPhone 4
Will this be addressed?
Are there more configurations I acn adopt to manage the overload?
I think I ve turned everything off that I can without shutting down the 3G fundctions WiFi and phone.

ITunes has stopped working and has to close message on Win 7

When I plug my phone into the computer iTunes starts to open and then I get an error message that states iTunes has stopped working and has to close. This seems to only happen while at work and not at home

It then tells me to either close the program or have Windows look for a solution and then it closes without any solution. Hi, I purchased an App (not expensive one = DOFMaster) Since then my computer crashed and I had to re-install the OS, the App has stopped working on my iPod and now is longer showing in the purchased part of iTunes, if I go to the store it asks me to purchase again.
What can I do?
I have looked through the iTunes complicated site to find an answer but am at a dead end.

Not completely sure. But if you think it is an iTunes issue...... follow through this: Removing and reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows Vista or Windows 7
ALSO, if you feel like all your music will be gone as well follow through these 2:
