I have lightroom5 and have paid for an upgrade to lightroom 6 and it has not insralled..How can I download another copy. I can only see cloud applications! I live in australia

If you have installed the free version of Creative Cloud you can simply click on the Try button next to Lightroom CC 2015. Then use your serial number to convert it to LR6 perpetual. See this link:
