Cannot install the software for my new printer
I just purchased this printer yesterday and have been working all this time trying to get the software installed. I've used the CD that comes with the printer. I've used the online software and used the assistant to download and install. I've gone through many of the forums here and troubleshooted with all I've seen. I keep getting the error message cannot install. I'm getting frustrated at something so simple in the past has become a chore. I have only used HP products for my scanners/printers and I'm afraid my next step may be to pack this unit up and take it back to the store for a different brand. Please help.
Hello , Welcome to the HP Forums, and thanks for posting. I understand you are having an issue installing your new HP LaserJet Pro M177fw MFP on a Windows 7 computer. I'd love to help you with this. I would recommend first clearing the temp files on your computer to make sure there isn't anything there that is preventing the installation. Here are the instructions: Restart your computer.Click on your Start Menu.In the Search bar, type in %temp%, then press enter. Your Temp folder will open.On your keyboard. Select Ctrl + A (this will select all files)Hit the delete button on your keyboard to remove all temp files.Then I would recommend doing a clean boot of your computer. This will turn off any non-microsoft programs that are loading when you start your computer, to avoid any conflicts with the installer. You can follow the steps here to do a cleanboot: How to perform a clean boot in Windows Once the computer has started up again, try downloading and installing from the HP website: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M177 Series Full Software and Drivers If you are still unable to install the printer, try running the MS Fix It tool. I have had Aperture since version 1.0 and bought every upgrade. Now I want to transfer the software to my new iMac but I have to enter the original Serial number that I cannot locate. Any ideas what I can do, please?
The original serial number should be in the box with the installer disk.
If you cannot locate the serial number, contact Apple for a replacement serial number. You will need to provide a proof of purchase.

P.S. The menu command "Aperture > About Aperture" will show you your Aperture 3 serial number on your old mac, but not the previous serial numbers. -

Assuming you have windows, try uninstalling iTunes and all of its components as by following this guide exactly: Windows XP or Windows Vista/7, then reinstall iTunes. You must follow this guide exactly or it will not be successful. Note: uninstalling iTunes will only remove the application; it will not touch your iTunes library or data.

Apple does not support downgrading the iOS. If you try installing an earlier iOS you get the error message. Apple only supports installing/restoring to iOS 6.0.1 on the 4G and 5G iPods.

You should regularly transfer anything purchased on the ipod to your computer and include it in your regular backup of your computer.

I have performed a DNS look-up on the domain stormbluedesign.com and can see that the MX record you have added exists within our DNS: http://screencastmb.worldsecuresystems.com/img/2013-04-24_0949.png. However, this MX record is not pointing to any IP address which leads me to believe the MX record you added is incorrect.
I believe the MX record you need to add is mx.hover.com.cust.hostedemail.com, with a priority of 10. Not 10mx.hover.com.cust.hostedemail.com. But as always, contact your mail service provider for confirmation on the records they require you to add. -

Clicking a Pages table don't give the same result than clicking somewhere in the table then pressing cmd + a.
The first scheme selects the table (height square handles displayed)
The second one select every cells (no handle displayed).
If we try to fill cells with a color in case 1, only standard cells are filled.
If we try to do the same in case 2, every cells (headers included) will receive the color.
