Sorry, there is no magic way to find it. You will need to search for it, as you would with any other object.

The only way to sync Notes is through a mail server. If you don't want to use iCloud, you'll have to use some other mail account, or run your own mail server under OS X Server. The latter is a job for advanced users only.

You can try resetting your iPad by simultaneously pressing and holding the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons until you see the Apple Logo. This can take up to 15 seconds so be patient and don't release the buttons until the logo appears.
Try again to see if the problem persists.

Was the screen replaced at an Apple Store if so you are OK however if by a 3rd party

Can you make sure that you have "All Photographs" selected under "Catalog?"
It is possible that you have a different batch of photos open on your computer, and you just can't see your other photos.

Contact the police about the theft. Change passwords on any accounts used with the device. Contact the carrier about discontinuing service and possibly blocking future contracts with the phone. Shop for a new phone.

Working on that now. I'm just getting frustrated that everytime I run updates for the phone I end up with tech problems that I have to spend time solving as opposed to updates that actually improve my usage. Unfortuantely, you can only track the phone if you had set up iCloud and enabled Find My iPhone on it before it was lost or stolen. I don't believe there is anything that Apple can do to locate your phone either.

If you purchased in the UAE then it must be returned to the seller in the UAE for repair or service under warranty
NO Authorised servicer in India will touch it as it did not originate in India
If you purchased in an UNauthorised seller in UAE then you will have to find out where it came from for any warranty support

The devices are not designed for transfer of that kind. Use Photo Stream as suggested by another poster, or transfer photos to your computer (a good idea anyway since they will be lost if your device needs to be reset), then use iTunes to sync them to the other devices.

I'm not sure if that would work, but just give it a shot.
Don't only hold the home button and the wake/sleep button down till it resets,
try holding it down for about 30-40 seconds.
This time it should not just reset. You just have to make sure it's long enough. You will see ;-)
But then, you will have to put everything back on it again.
Better than having no access, I guess ;-)

Since you attempted to downgrade the phone, you have no warranty and your ability to get support here or from Apple has been forfeited.
You're on your own. A Missing IMEI is generally unfixable. Buy a new phone.
