I have lost pictures from my iPhone to MacBook Pro in the cloud? Where did they go?
i have photo streaming on for all devices, but i have lost some photos from my iphone to my macbook pro. how can i recover. some came and some didn't into the library.
The native Youtube app was removed in IOS 6. You would have had to download the official 3rd party app, which has not been enabled for airplay. This is up to the developer to do.
The only way to do stream Youtube content from laptop to Apple TV natively is through Airplay mirroring, which requires a recent (2011 or later) model running Mountain Lion. The alternative is going through software, Airparrot.

In the past month, I have stopped being able to play youtube content to my apple TV from my iphone - I can only get audio to play, and no video. When I am trying to import pictures from my iphone to PC, I get the message'No new pictures of videos were found on this device'. There are lots of pictures which i can see on the iphone. I have a 4S. Is there a way to get around that?
It sounds like you are using an application to import. You can do it manually.
Start > Computer (on the right) > scroll to the bottom and you will see your iPhone under Portable Devices > Open it and you will see a Drive, open that and there will be a DCIM folder. That is where your photos will be (There may be other folders each holding photos). -
iphone 4S - Windows Vista - 64 Bit (and photoshop elements 9.0) is not recognizing my iphone as a camera - therefore I cannot download pictures from my iphone. iTunes works fine with the iPhone, but I do not see it in "My Computer" when connected via USB. I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes....still nothing. Any ideas?

Can calendar entries from an iPhone be pushed up to the cloud for iPad and computer updating? My phone only seems to be receiving updates from the cloud, but not able to send them.
Under Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars, What do you have set for the Default Calendar? Personal?
If you don't have it set to a Cloud Calendar it will only create the entry locally. You would need to select the iCloud Calendar specifically when creating the Calendar entry to have it sync.
Otherwise set your default calendar to be the iCloud Calendar so all entries are created there by default. And as such get synced to other devices. -
I have downloaded TV shows onto my iPad from the iTunes store; can these also be shared with my MacBook Pro via. the Cloud? If so, how do I make sure thjis is done?

Can I back up my iPhone 4S to my ipad 3 (64 gb)? I do not have a computer running Mountain Lion. Our desktop still runs Tiger, so I purchased the 3rd generation iPad with 64 gb thinking it had had plenty of room to backup my iPhone photos. I used a camera connection kit and transferred about 1100 old photos from my camera roll on my iPhone to my ipad. I then deleted pictures from my iPhone and now my camera roll has only 357 photos. However, in the Settings, under "About" it says I have 2147 photos. Why? I only have a total of 216 photos in all my albums. However, now I don't have enough space in iCloud to backup either device. Why not? Any help, any advice, appreciated please! I spent a long time on the phone with Apple today and they couldn't solve the problem.

iCloud only give so much space for free storage, then if you exceed the limit of 5gb you have to pay for additional storage. -

It can't be deleted. It either:
a) got moved to another page or into a folder.
b) was hidden by setting restrictions.
or
c) has been blocked by a system policy enforced by an Exchange administrator if you added a business e-mail account. -

How do I share pictures from my iphone to macbook?
I recently upgraded my macbook to run snow lion so that I could have pictures on iphone and other things synced automatically between the two devices.
I thought it would start doing right away ... but has not. What needs to be turned on?You need to be running either Lion or Mountain Lion on the computer. Not sure which iOS you need on the iPhone, but if it has iCloud in the settings, then it's OK. Enable photostream in the iCloud preferences on both devices. On the computer, open iPhoto and go to iPhoto preferences. Select the photostream tab and enable photostream in it. You can also select automatic uploads and downloads there. Once enabled, you have 30 days after taking pictures on the iphone to open up iPhoto. When you open iPhoto, it will automatically import the pictures from photostream to iPhoto if you have that enabled, or you will have to do it manually if you don't.
Also, any photos new photos you put on the Mac from other sources can or will be uploaded to photostream which can be viewed on the iPhone. -

Cannot transfer pictures from old Droid to MacBook Pro
I purchased a new iPhone two days ago and need to get the pictures from my old Motorola Droid. Have tried attaching Droid directly with USB cable to my MacBook Pro -- nothing "pops up" to be opened. I took the microdisc out of the Droid, put it into a microdisc adaptor, and tried hooking up a disc reader to the MacBook, still nothing. Verizon can't help me, and calling Apple directly also was no help. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks! ElyArtist
My local Verizon store said they "could not make the transfer" because of "liability" issues if they lost my photos. Do I need to go back and be more insistent?

iPhone 4 and MacBook Pro iTunes are running on the latest updates
I have purchased a number of songs from iTunes and I wish to transfer it on to my MacBook Pro
Once I click transfer purchases, it takes forever and it will show up as "finishing sync" at least an hour for no reason
I had to take the USB cable off and maybe my music would transfer it across but it failed...
I have also tired to sync and backup my iPhone because I thought it will transfer it across, but it show up as "iPhone sync session timeout?"
