I have lost the control panel for adjust shadows/highlights in PSE 7.0

When I select Enchance-> Adjust Lightning -> highlight/shadow I do not get the ordinary control panel. Instead I get an eydropper and if I click the image the program stucks. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Your Apple TV may have become paired with another remote. Hold the remote close to and pointed at the Apple TV, hold down the menu and Rewind buttons together for 6 seconds or until you see a broken chain icon on screen.

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.) http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1430
Check your settings. The iPads have a small switch on the right edge. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1430 It can be used as a rotation lock to keep the screen from automatically reorienting itself as you move around, but you need to have the tablet’s settings configured properly. That same switch, right above the volume buttons, can also be set to function instead as a mute button to silence certain types of audio.
If the switch is set to work as a mute button, you can change its purpose to “screen-rotation lock” by tapping the Settings icon on the home screen. On the Settings screen, tap General on the left side, and on the right side of the screen flick down to “Use Side Switch to.” Tap to select Lock Rotation or Mute to set the button’s function. Even if you set the side switch for your preferred use, you can still mute the Mini or lock the screen. Just double-click the Home button, and when the panel of apps appears along the bottom edge of the screen, flick the row from left to right with your finger. Tap the icon on the far left side of the row to either lock the iPad’s screen or mute the iPad’s alerts, notifications and sound effects. Music, podcasts and video are not muted unless you turn the volume all the way down.

To solve some sound problems, just follow these simple steps

What this effectively does is to reset some of your Settings to factory default. It’s not a complete removal of settings. It removes all of your preferences for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Do No Disturb, Notifications, General, Sounds, Brightness & Wallpaper and Privacy. It doesn’t affect your data. All of your email accounts will remain intact, as well as any SMS text or iMessages.

From iCloud Control Panel 2.1.1 for Windows
"iCloud Control Panel 2.1 and later includes support for Windows 8"
but you still need to set it up on a Mac or iOS device, "Note: To create an iCloud account you need an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 5 or later, or a Mac with OS X Lion v10.7.5 or later."

Sorry for the delay in response. It sounds like you have somehow deleted your quicktime ProKit with the codecs by what ever process you were trying to restore you trashed files.
Go to the Apple Menu > System Updates and see if the updater sees a need to install them.
If this doesn't work - it might be
the best thing to do would be to get FCS Remover from Digital Rebellion (free)

and try to remove all traces of your corrupt installation and then do a clean install from your original disks, followed by updates to restore the new ProKit codecs.
If your system has been corrupted by whatever you did, it might be best to wipe the drive and start from scratch - but understood this is not a pleasant choice.
Other posters may have different or better suggestions. The FCS Pro Apps require a lot of files and file structure that may or may not be apparent, and were never drag and drop installable. They always needed to be installed with the proper installer.

If you're trying to add photos to photo stream on your PC, you drag them to your photo stream uploads folder (normally My Pictures\Photo Stream\Uploads).

Suddenly, I have lost the email toolbar for emails that I "reply" to. The toolbar for new message is still there. What happened and how do I get it back?

I have not updated operating system or anything, I just suddenly lost the tool bar on emails when I reply or forward an email. This means I have no send or forward etc buttons. I have to go into the pulldown menu for commands. When I create a new message, no problem. It won't let me right click on the top of the email to try and add anything. What's happening here? Lost the results panel for packages

There was a time when I had a results panel that displayed any compile errors for packages. Somehow I've lost this highly useful panel and cannot seem to located how to restore it. The panel displays fine for SQL but does not display for any packages.
I've tried View>Log , ctrl+shift+L , and examined my preferences. I've re-installed Sql Developer also. Nothing works.
This is a Linux install, SQL Developer 1.5.1
Can someone guide me in the right direction?

Do you get the Procname compiled messages, but not the detailed error messages?
If you have a messages - Log pane, then the compiler messages are shown in a sub tab of that. I currently have Messages, Script Output and Compler tabs at the bottom of the pane.
If you haven't got a Message - Log pane at all, it is possible that the pane is positioned "off screen". This seems to happen sometimes for no apparent reason.
Try deleting ~/.sqldeveloper/system1.5.1.54.40/o.ide.11.1.1.0.22.49.42/windowinglayout.xml
