The key to what you seem to want to do is to be able to get Apple's Time Capsule router to "join" the network that your Conceptronic router. I believe that works with some third-party routers, but I've never seen a list of those that work in such a configuration and I have no experience with Conceptronic equipment.
You might be better off with a Network-Attached Storage (NAS) device instead of a Time Capsule.

CDMA isn't any use here as there aren't any UK CDMA based carriers, they are all GSM/sim card based (I'm not aware of any CDMA carriers in Europe). As the AT&T version appears to support an extra 4G LTE band then that might be the better one.

I tried to open my iphoto last night on my iMAC and it somehow updated on it's own and now has a message saying "The photo library needs to be upgraded to work with this version of iPhoto. I only have the option to quit or upgrade. What does this mean? Have i lost my pictures? i don't properly have my back up hard drive set up so all my pictures aren't backed up.

After your iPhoto application got updated to a new version, iPhoto will convert the iPhoto library to a new format, that is used by the new version. The warning tells you, that after this upgrade older iPhoto versions will no longer be able to read the iPhoto library. If you have a second Mac with older software that might be important. Make a backup to be on the safe side and let iPhoto upgrade the library.

Just a thought before you go the whole hog - try calling Apple on 1-800-MY-APPLE and ask for sales. Ask if they can offer an earlier version of Pages from the archive list. They may be able to give you a code to use at the App Store.

If I update to iOS4.2 on PC will iPhone still sync with my Mac?

I want to update my iPhone 3GS to the latest version of iOS but only have a Mac running OSX10.4.11 and as such cannot update to iTunes 10, which also means I cannot download the software update for my iPhone!!!
I 've thought of a fix by updating the iPhone software from my laptop (which is running iTunes 10) but am worried that by doing this my iPhone won't be recognised by my Mac - where my whole music library is stored!
Has anyone tried this or does anyone have any advice?

If you do that, you will no longer be able to sync your phone with your Mac. While you can update iPhone software on any computer, in your case you will no longer be able to sync with your Mac, if you do so.

Firefox is telling me my yahoo toolbar is not compatible with firefox 4.i have no refresh button or any of the others . will there be an update to make my yahoo toolbar work with this new firefox?

IMO, the most likely cause is a bad cable. 1Gbps requires all 4 pairs in the cable be connected. If only 2 of the 4 pairs are connected correctly, you will get a 100Mbps connect, but will not be able to connect at 1Gbps. Try replacing the cable with one known to work at 1Gbps.

Hence, most ANY PowerPC program can be made to work in Mountain Lion if that is important to YOU! I do not use it often, but my version Adobe Illustrator (PowerPC version) works here as well.

First, back up all data immediately, as your boot drive might be failing.
