I have made 3 separate appleid accounts and none of them give the option of not adding a credit card! I can't get anything free apps on my phone and when I called apple they said it would cost 300 dollars for them to tell me how to fix it!!! Help!!!!!!!!

I am beyond irritated with apple!! Need help with my appleid!! I have gotten 3 seperate appleidaccounts and it doesn't give me the options to not put my credit card information on their!!!! I can't access any free apps on my phone and I'm mad!!! I called apple and they wanted to charge me 300 dollars to tell me how to fix it!!! Have you tried connecting it to your computer and restoring the iPod via iTunes?
If iTunes does not see the iPod try placing the iPod in recovery mode and then restoring the iPod. For recovery mode see:

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

Please follow these directions to delete the Mail "sandbox" folder.
Back up all data.
Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:

An email from support suggested this; 3) On the Edit Payment Information page, select "None" from the list of credit card types. This will delete your billing information.
But the "none" button is nowhere to be found.
