I have made an in app purchase then the game has frozen but still taken my money
For the 3rd time now i have made an in app purchase and then the app has frozen but still taken my money.
it is getting ridiculous and i want something to be done about this

For the game freezing, have you tried closing it via the phone's taskbar, doing a soft-reset of your phone, and if they don't fix it reported it to the game's developer ?

I made several in app purchases over the last 6 weeks to level up a few characters on a Marvel game. Now, the developers have changed the specs of the characters to "fun balance" the game. This has essentially ruined my characters, not to mention the time, effort and money that I put into the game. How can the developers be allowed to change a fundamental piece of the game like that when it is a purchasable variable? Do I have any recourse here?

I made a in app purchase on a game and it never took, when I went back and tried it again a window popped up that said I have already purchased this item but has not been downloaded yet? How do I download it when there is not a option to download?

I would suggest restarting the iPad and see if the download resumes.

The problem is with an item in the 'Latest Purchases' section. When I click on 'Report a Problem' it takes me to the support page. I have gone to the link you provided many times... so far it always says to check again in a few minutes and never works.
I would really like to hear back from Apple directly and get some assistance with this issue. -
i made an in app purchase and the purchase is listed on my billing summary but i cannot access the purchase within the app. I have tried deleting the game and reloading the app and the purchase, nothing seems to work.

I purchased gems for the game bingo but they are not there however I received the bill to my email stating its paid and it shows it was gems purchased for the game pet story but the gems are not there either. How can I correct this problem?

I purchased some pro-cash for Tiger Woods golf on the iPad, through an in-app purchase. However, I did not receive the relevant credits, but was charged in full and received my iTunes Store invoice to confirm this.

I have downloaded a past purchase from the app store through iTunes. It was a trial game that you unlock with an in app purchase. I paid the price and unlocked it months ago and still have the receipt.
When I try to restore the purchase, the in-app unlock is no longer working and the App Store wants to charge me another $4.99.

You buy one and only one download. It is your responsibility to move/copy/backup your music.
It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer. Use your backup copy to put the music back.
If for some reason you have failed to maintain a backup (not good), then you can transfer itunes purchases from an ipod. File>Transfer Purchases -

you can download directly from the App Store or ITunes Store on your phone.
Open Itunes App on your phone. Scroll to the bottom and select 'purchases'
it will show all your past purchases.
